Worst sushi ever - you can get better ones from food court or grocery stores. Restaurant looks greasy and unclean, restroom is filthy.20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill while the service was nothing more than pointing you to scan the bar code, taking the order and bringing the food to table.

We placed an UberEats order with this restaurant, hoping to get something delivered since I was busy working that night and didn't have time to cook. The restaurant gave the order to the wrong UberEats driver. Our driver called us FROM the restaurant to let us know he was standing there and had been told the order was already given to the correct delivery person (obviously it was not). We then called the restaurant while the driver was still standing there, to notify the place of what had happened. They refused to believe us or the driver, and insisted they gave our order to the right person. We then had UberEats customer service call this restaurant to triple confirm they messed up, and they responded rudely over the phone, refusing to correct their mistake because they "didn't want to give away a second order" for free. The rude interaction has sealed our decision to never buy from Sticky Rice again. Unfortunate, since we've bought from them many times before without such an experience. I've worked customer service before (many years of it), and don't understand rude staff responses like this. Super disappointed.

Everything we ordered was outstanding -- from sushi to tater tots to singapore noodles. We had a mix of vegetarians and carnivores at our table and everyone was happy. Plus, this place is one of the few places you can eat your fill for a reasonable amount of money. Will be back!

this richmond, virginia import is much expanded and busier than its southern sibling restaurant. very vegan friendly and has a good mix of inventive sushi and approachable rice and noodle bowls.Vegetarian options: Great vegan sushi section, lots of vegan dishes mixed into the main menu.

I would not order from here again. Their order service is through Doordash, but on their website. To begin with they didn't receive the online order until the Doordash driver showed up at their door and they looked at their computer. When I eventually got the order it was missing an expensive item. They said I had to resolve it through Doordash. Doordash said I had to resolve it with them. End result: they get my money, but I don't get their food. The man I spoke too at Sticky Rice was rude and unapologetic.
