July 05, 2025 Greetings, This evening, I had the opportunity to celebrate my 40th birthday, and to mark the occasion, my partner and I chose to dine at a fine dining establishment in downtown Atlanta. Regrettably, after we visited your downtown Atlanta location, it became clear that my hope for an outstanding dining experience was unlikely to be met. Upon our arrival, we had to wait despite having made a reservation several hours earlier. Eventually, we were seated at a table no larger than a nightstand. I immediately observed that, unlike the other tables, the candle on ours was unlit. This should have served as an indication of the service to follow. Once seated, we were presented with the menu and asked for two sweet teas. Soon after, we placed our orders. After waiting twenty minutes, we realized that our drinks had been forgotten. We subsequently reminded our waitress that we had ordered two sweet iced teas. After an additional ten minutes, our drinks arrived. Fifteen minutes later, our food finally arrived. Upon its arrival, I noticed a sticky substance around the $75 steak I had ordered. After considerable effort to cut into it, I tasted the meat and found it to be overcooked—its flavor reminiscent of a meal unintentionally left on the grill by an intoxicated cook. It was unsatisfactory, and I requested a remake. At this point, we had spent over an hour at your restaurant, and the staff began cleaning up. Finally, around 12:05 a.m., the re-cooked steak was brought out. Although it was an improvement over the first, it still did not merit the price of $75. Given that my potatoes were cold and the minimal ice in my refilled iced tea had melted, I opted to forgo the steak altogether. My partner, who is more willing to accept mediocre service, encouraged me to take the steak back to the hotel, which led us to request a to-go box. Ten minutes later, we received a small cardboard box, barely big enough for my food. Further, we were not offered anything to carry the sauce in, utensils, or even a bag. Shortly after, we received our bill, which totaled approximately $195.00, excluding gratuity. At that moment, I was overwhelmed with emotion and informed my partner that I needed a few minutes outside to collect my thoughts. I found it challenging to rationalize $200 for a meal arguably valued at $20 and customer service worth $10. Despite my objections, my partner insisted on refraining from discussing this matter with a manager. He wanted to avoid any conflict on my birthday. While I appreciate his noble intentions, I possess a strong aversion to inequality in any form. The treatment we received in an establishment that professes luxury and exemplary customer service was inadequate and perhaps a sign of your treatment towards Minority LGBT customers. We deserved a better experience. Although my birthday weekend was great, this experience was horrible. I am genuinely disappointed with my visit to your Atlanta location. I would have had a more satisfying experience at a more casual establishment, such as Texas Roadhouse, for a fraction of the cost. Sincerely, Gregory A. Reid Jr. Brandon F. Williams

Extremely overpriced for low quality of food. $120 for 2 micro sliders, 2 cocktails, potatoes. None of it was good
Every attempt to contact them has been shut down without an answer. All I get is “book now.” I’ll stick with The Mexican.
Total disappointment for Mothers Day! A lot of false advertisement for Mothers Day specials that did not exist. I had reservations for three they told me me to check in because my table was ready but when we arrived it was another story the people who came in after me were seated before me and I was told I had to wait. The food was over priced and not good at all. The worst $260 spent for food we didn’t even want to take home. Needless to say they do not accommodate children…. So I recommend for parents to leave their kids at home
MOTHER'S DAY DISASTER: How This Upscale Steakhouse Forced Us to Walk Out After Their Bait-and-Switch Menu Scam! As the mother being celebrated that day, what should have been a special Mother's Day turned into a frustrating disappointment. After standing for 25 minutes past our reservation time, I was looking forward to a simple, enjoyable brunch with my family who had planned this special outing for me. When we scanned the QR code clearly marked "Brunch EVERY Saturday and Sunday until 3p" on their menu, I was excited to order the American breakfast - nothing fancy, just eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes. Instead of accommodation, we were met with resistance and told we could only order from an expensive prix fixe menu that wasn't mentioned during our reservation process. The manager's dismissive attitude was particularly hurtful. After refusing our reasonable request and arguing with my family who was simply trying to make my day special, his insincere "Happy Mother's Day" as he walked away felt like salt in the wound. What should have been a celebration became a source of stress. We ultimately left, found another restaurant, and salvaged the day - but the memory of how we were treated at STK remains a disappointing part of what should have been a purely joyful Mother's Day.
Waited 40 minutes for a $40 hamburger helper. 🤬 Very disappointing and all the staff has attitudes.
This was in STK Atlanta The Good. The bad. The ugly. The good are the steaks themselves. Tasty and cooked exactly as ordered. The truffle fries were good but slightly undercooked. The Bad was our waitress seemed indifferent to our asking questions about the menu and was clearing our table before we were finished. The ugly was that we were there for an early dinner and they tried to seat us in the lounge area near the bar. Mostly young men who had been drinking there for awhile. I asked to be seated in the actual dining area and the hostess at first was not cooperative but I would have left if she did not reseat us elsewhere. For the cost of this restaurant there are much better places to go
If you’re thinking about coming here to celebrate your birthday… please don’t. I had the worst experience, and this place completely ruined my birthday. First, I made a reservation over the phone more than a week in advance, yet no one mentioned that a party of over 10 people would have to be split into two tables. Had I known this, I would have taken my party elsewhere because I wanted to sit with everyone on my special day. When I arrived and checked in with the hostess, she informed me that they were running 30 minutes behind schedule. However, we ended up waiting an entire hour to be seated—despite having a reservation. This delay threw off my plans, as I had booked an event at Keg Social later that night, and the wait put us completely behind schedule. Once we were finally seated, the service was painfully slow. I ordered medium-well lamb with carrots, but everything on my plate was burnt. I sent it back and was given pasta instead, but by the time I received it, the food was cold. Meanwhile, everyone else in my party had already finished eating, leaving me starving and frustrated. To make matters worse, I ended up missing my reservation at Keg Social because of how long everything took. The worst part? The staff treated me and my friends terribly. When I asked to speak with a manager to express my disappointment and request some form of compensation for the disaster of a night, she refused. She didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge my frustration, and showed absolutely no remorse. I wish I had gotten her name because her lack of professionalism was shocking. The only saving grace of the night was our server, Genesis. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure my party was taken care of. He was the only one who made an effort to make my birthday somewhat memorable. If anyone deserves a management position, it’s him. Oh, and let’s not forget—the ceiling was leaking. Water was dripping onto our table, our food, and even on some of my friends. Please reconsider taking your time, money, and loved ones to this establishment. This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had
Just sat at the bar with a party of 7. It took us over 25 minutes to get drinks, our bartender was more interested in talking to the service bartender. She had gloves on but touched everything with her gloves including ice, pos, and fruit. Drinks came out heaped with ice over the glass, my watermelon garish was sliced thin and super slimy, grabbed fruit with her hands and not tongs. I actually suggested to the manager that bartender should be retrained. The manager walked by but didn’t seem like he was actually concerned .

Very expensive and food is just normal steaks. They don’t have. Access for handicap people. That’s very terrible
Food was overpriced and mediocre. Potatoes were hard/undercooked and they served room temp water. ordered a double oaked woodford reserve and was served woodford rye. 👎🏻👎🏻
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STK Steakhouse - An Exceptional Dining Experience Incredible dining spot perfect for a pre-theater dinner! The venue itself is beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious - I particularly enjoyed the seabass. What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service. Special shoutout to Adam and Paige, who made my birthday dinner extra memorable by surprising me with a special dessert and champagne. The timing was perfect, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal before catching a play. Highly recommend STK for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience with impeccable service and fantastic cuisine!
We had reservations at Scottsdale Rooftop location for Thanksgiving. We were all really looking forward to a great meal and holiday celebration. This was the worst Thanksgiving meal I have ever had and embarrassing as we were entertaining out-of-town guests. The stuffing was horrible, food was cold, we were not offered any bread although every table around us got some and my husband had string woven in and out of his turkey. Maybe they are a good steakhouse, but we will never return and never know. My food was brought home to our dog, and I had a egg sandwich once I got home. Super disappointing.
I unfortunately received a charred steak (filet).. that tasted so burnt..which wasn't typically as the few inhabitants experienced prior weren't. I did let the restaurant know..and the manager got back to me and said he would look into it and then again..get back to me. He didn't. So I basically paid $68 for something I didn't eat and even try to make them aware, they didn't want to resolve the issue. So now..here I am, 6 weeks later, sharing my experiences and not recommending them. Mistakes happen.. but if they can't be handled properly.. that's where you lose my business.
