Food was absolutely amazing. I just wish there were bigger portions for the price. Other than that, drinks were good, again food was A1 (no lie on this. Chef is amazing) and the atmosphere was soothing. I would def come back; just give me a bigger portion (an extra rib will suffice lol lol lol)

Ordered our drinks and appetizers at the same time. We received and finished our appetizers before our drinks even arrived. Once our meal was delivered we were never asked by our server if we'd like another drink. Horrible experience and terrible service!!

Several odd mistakes with the service, including bringing entrees out too quickly and not being able to provide a printed receipt, plus forgetting to bring the boxed leftovers to the table. The appetizers were mediocre (the Cesar salad was still frozen!) but the steak was very good.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant from the wait after having reservations to the staff (where do I begin) the waiters were not paying attention to who ordered what! It took forever to get our food and some of the food never came. The food was horrible and the vibe was distasteful and definitely not what’s displayed on the website or social media!!! For this to be a steakhouse the steak was not cooked well! I regret this entire experience so much so I paid for my guests food because I was embarrassed to even have invited them to such a place!!!!

We had family in town and took advantage of $69 steak offering. The food was prepared very well. Just surprised of the service. Yes we weren't the group with $150 per person average same time being charged twice for a sauce for a steak seemed outrageous. When it came to pay the waitress took cards then scored herself high ranks on the notepad. Then handed us a paper to go on social media. Just not classy.

First time eating at STK steakhouse food was fantastic. Our waiter Jordan was one of the best waitresses. I believe I’ve ever had in my whole life. She was just a bundle of joy and a ray of sunshine. A sweet, wonderful person service was great food great five star all the way.

It may have been specific to the holiday, but getting in the door was horrendous. About 30 people who had confirmed reservations and text messages that the table was ready, could not sit for an on average of 40 minutes. I met people who waited for an hour (this is with a confirmed reservation). Setting that aside? The front desk staff were horrible. They did absolutely nothing to communicate the issue or mitigate.
We had a reservation for 7 pm, but weren't seated until 8:15 pm. Then we sat at the table for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to offer us water and take drink orders. The service was definitely lacking. We won't be returning.

The sides were disappointing including the corn pudding which was a favorite in New York, but here it was a soupy mess. The potatoes au gratin came as an unappetizing rectangle that was virtually tasteless. Although the medium rare filet was passable, it was lukewarm when served. Had to wait an hour to be seated despite having an OpenTable reservation. The restaurant was very crowded with people speaking (yelling) loudly and although they were having a good time, they were disturbing the rest of the clientele. For an upscale establishment such as this, one would have expected a more genteel dining experience. Recommend you dine here if you want to pay a lot for a noisy dinner accompanied by unruly patrons. There are nicer places in the city to dine. Caveat emptor.

Excellent restaurant my third time eating there. I was surprised to get a waiter who was not nice and courteous. I spoke to a manager about the behavior, however the manager stated that it's Veteran's Day, so it's busy, which is probably why. I quickly stated that's no excuse, I would understand if it was slower service, but please don't make excuses for rude behavior. Also me and my spouse are Veterans and do not deserve that type of treatment any day in particularly on Veteran's Day. However, I will return to the restaurant, in hopes that I will have the same experience as I did on my previous visits.

Had high hopes but were sadly disappointed. Ordered steaks medium rare and both of our steaks were sadly overcooked. Way too expensive for the food and service we got, won’t be back unfortunately.
