I came in ordered $30+ to go I sat in plain site I made eye contact with the bartender Deepak for at least 5 min after my food was ready I’m assuming the conversation with the other person already served was more important This person KNEW my food was ready I had to get up and ask for my food!!! I will never waste my money or time again I did not feel like a paying customer

I entered Stoneys on P on a gentle Sunday afternoon looking for a light fare and local football camaraderie. I was welcomed by a flavorful meal and incredible hospitality from the staff and locals. Especially Jose who put a huge smile on my face. The owners grandson shared the vast history of this establishment. I hope to come back soon! Recommend this spot to anyone looking for a local spot in DC.

This has become my go to dive/sports bar. Every time I go I always meet someone from out of town, sometimes from other countries. The regulars are all friendly and Paul, the bartender, is friendly. I usually go Mon-Wed nights, and it’s a low key spot to catch the games.
As for the food, my go to items are: sliders, broccoli, wings, and the Ceasar salad. If you have a sweet tooth I recommend the brownie sundae.

Stoney's is the perfect place to find yourself after a long day, on a Saturday brunch (if you want a wonderful, humble place for breakfast), or a first / last stop on a Friday night. Every bartender & server will make you feel like you're home. They are an institution on the block and a truly awesome place to post up at. Cheers to Stoney's!

Nice cozy bar. Good service that was great about figuring out how to split a bill (this shouldn't be an issue but this is also where dc normally fails). Decent bar food. Overall easy recommend even if a bit far from the metro.

Stopped in for drinks on a hot day after attending World Pride. The service was fast and the drinks cold and strong. The prices for the drinks was reasonable and we had a good time. It was a great place to hang out for a while.

Came here to have a little lunch on my vacation and loved the wonderfully friendly atmosphere. The bartender was by herself but made sure everyone was good and everything came super fast. The super grilled cheese puts regular grilled cheese to shame! They even have blantons!
