Would give 0 if allowed. Bro put 2 threads of onions on my sandwhich and I had to repeat myself 4-5 times. I was speaking pretty loud and there was no one else in the shop...

Employee and specially the Manager here is rude and dirty. He did build my sandwich using gloves and as I pay for cash he didn’t remove his glove and count my money and counted my change. Went back to grab my sandwich with the gloves used the counting the money. Their vegetables here looks old and not as fresh. If your in the area go to the one in K street and 17th street

Bald guy he put only 4 pieces of roast beef on foot long . He put intentionally metalic cover on a meat screen . So you don’t see how much meat he is putting ?

Got to this liacation 01/26/2024 at 18:35 to find the door closed and guy inside telling we closed when they close at 19:00.

Employee is rude and rushed everyone to order. Which can make the sandwich that is being prepared, wrong. But the store was completely empty. The pepper were slimy and old but yet still tried to serve them to me. Management please make a change soon. I will not be returning until there is better service and fresher veggie options

They only reason I'm giving this spot a 3, is because they always closes early. 7pm is not 6:40.
I was not happy with my experience at subway today. I’m aware the lady was just doing her job, but when I ordered a BLT. She took of a bacon slice. There only four slices of bacon on my sandwich. We have so many sandwiches option in this area downtown. The reason I chose subway, and that particular location was for the awesome customer service I always receive. Today was miss subway, it didn’t taste like a BLT at all. To take away ingredients that’s was already place on my sandwich was honestly uncalled for. I will be looking to other shop to receive my sandwich from now on.
I got turkey on the Italian/cheese bread. No complaints about my sandwich, but the customer service is just ok. They could also clean up their sandwich prep area a bit. I should have taken a pic of the prep area..anyhoo, there were olives and lettuce swimming in the crushed red peppers and he scooped some of the lettuce that was floating in it onto my sandwich. 1. I didn't have lettuce on my sandwich and 2. It was gross to have lettuce that's been floating in red peppers for who knows how long. I asked him to please remove the lettuce he just added to my sandwich, and the guy became irritated and made a smart comment to me "Oh you don't want a little lettuce". No thank you, sir!
I arrived at 5:50pm and was closed.
Horrible costumer service. They messed up my online lunch order they switched addresses last minute. Sent my order to this subway 20 minutes away from my office. Could not reach anyone on the phone after calling them several times. Completed their survey letting them know the situation and no one has contacted me after several days. I NEVER leave negative reviews but had to since they stole my money.
