I was there yesterday with my son and get two sub and a lady name pinky do my sub she was so rude no good customer service at all she start yelling me because I was asking for extra lettuce and she screaming from other customer in lime and said I have to paid for extra veggies is not about paying is about how she told me rude and the tomatos looks no fresh horrible place and customer service they should be better training she was screaming to a senior lady to get out the store and we ask for chair for eating inside she told me no chair just table it was the more horrible experience I would never come back again never

Order food charged my card didn’t deliver food void when trying to order again they wanted to charge again.
I accidentally ordered to this location and tried calling to get it canceled. Took me 4 times to get someone on the phone. Then while explaining my issue and the help I needed the guy hung up on me. I went online to get assistance the store manager or owner responded and gave me some weak scripted response. No help with cancellation and a refund. They literally stole my money and disrespected me. I don’t mind immigrants being in my country working and being helpful plus grateful. But to be thieves and mean is totally unacceptable. There are always getting complaints and the reviews are terrible which makes sense. Please don’t go to this location!!

It won’t allow me to post my video on here unfortunately but this location is said to be 24 hours. I am here at 5:26 am and the guy is sitting inside just eating, looking at me. Others have come up as well to go in and order and he is just looking, not even gesturing that they are closed or anything. If it is advertised as 24 hours that is what it should be
Very hostile atmosphere when me and my friend went to order food. Politely asked for a sub but didn't ask me what bread, what toppings, what sauce. Just gave me a dry sandwich and expected me to pay 18$. Employee was very rude and homophobic to my friend and threatened to kick us out when I just asked for him to remake the sandwich on a different bread (since he didn't ask me which one I wanted) so I could also have some toppings too. At the end of the day to avoid a confrontation I just took the sandwich but it was dry just like the forehead of the Employee raising his voice at me. Highly recommend if you want something to eat late at night go to the McDonald's across the street. Least there they won't get your order wrong or treat you like some criminal. Not to mention i ordered a meatball marinara that at most should've been 12$. He overcharged for sure which is why he didn't want to give a receipt. When asked he kept harassing me saying I put the receipt in the bag but I was looking exactly at him handing me that dry sandwich like sir please don't lie. Don't worry I'll get my bank involved.

Visited this location 11/6/24 and was highly disappointed by the customer service. When i first arrived one worker was busy making a sandwich while the other stood there on the phone. He did not acknowledge me at all. I stood there for 10 min while he was on the phone until another customer arrived. He then asked the other customer if he needed help as if i wasn't there. When i told him how i felt he was very dismissive and rude as if he didn't care. I'm a black woman who has experienced racism before and his demeanor seemed that of a racist. The lack of empathy for a customer just wanting to buy something to eat is very heartbreaking. When i asked for his name he looked and laugh and told me to leave waving me off. Luckily i was able to take a picture and he had on his name tag. Milon should never be allowed to treat and talk to customers the way he does. If this is a representation of what Subway stands for, I would advise anyone to never visit this location again. Never coming back!!!!!!!!!

We were begging to use the restroom since we had a long trip, but they insisted it was paying customers only. I was actually going to get something on the way out, but I wanted to pee first to eat in peace and I am not going to bring a sandwich into the restroom. However, I consider not allowing access to the restroom unless you pay to be an unacceptable business practice, common or not. Thus, I lost all interest in giving them any business

I hate to make this review bc I live up the street and frequent this location. Last night I was charged $22.98 for a foot long with extra turkey. Not to mention there was hardly any on it. The employees act like they are nice but they are crooks. It’s such a shame
Employees are really nice, but the quality of food is not great. All the veggies were wet and had been frozen/unfrozen. So super soggy. Maybe just bad batch

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and they charged me $2 for cheese, even though it comes with it and I ordered double meat but got the same amount of meat if I ordered it normally. Don’t be stingy and don’t double charge and maybe this place can get a decent rating. Don’t eat here.

No proper training. Always trying to short you on meat. Saying this as someone who worked at subway at one point in my life. No courtesy to the customers who pretty much make the business. Really a let down and glad that I will no longer be supporting this location
