Busy with teenage field trips at lunch! Order ahead for pickup. Otherwise, consistent with most subways, with reasonable food and seemingly exhausted workers.
This place was a mess. We asked for a sub and asked for lettuce he said they were out of lettuce. It was 1pm in the afternoon. He was trying to give us spinach instead of lettuce. We were like no we would like lettuce, he said hold on then got a whole container of lettuce. So he clearly was lying. That's not how I would like to be treated as a guest. The subs were ok but noticed on the receipt that we had several bag fees. So you are going to charge me to wrap my sub. If you are in plaza food court avoid this Subway. We are usually pretty satisfied with Subway as a whole. This place was not. Would not recommend.

Bad attention from a Hispanic woman like me, bad way of speaking and looking, it takes a long time, she didn't have American cheese, only two types of bread.
Giving a one because they are scamming everyone. It is standard at every subway across the country that sandwiches are placed in the bags with napkins. Here the same thing happens, however, that bag comes with a 5 cent fee you will never know about unless you happen to look at your receipt. There is no sign or anything to advise you of this. Subway will counter with this is DC law but put a sign up what a scam that’s not much of a bag. Also the drinks you buy you must pay $1 for a refill, another scam. The sandwiches otherwise were good but I hate getting scammed even for a small amount. That’s a pretty hefty profit this place makes off bag fees alone.
Rude worker, could barley understand her she was talking to low and fast , and took my sandwich out 20 secs before the timer went off, never seen that at a subway in my life, and it tasted horrible. Worst subway ever, don’t ever go here unless you want horrible service and food .
If your website says you are open for breakfast then you should be!! Not have the metal gate closed and ignore people.
Well, it Subway. What more can I say!
The skiny lady is very rude, i go at this place regularly now for almost 5 years, but i always pray she is not the one who serves me.She never seem to pay attention what the customer is asking for , seen her raising her voice and replying very rudely
Restaurantji Recommends
As a former restaurant manager with more than two decades of experience with various eateries of different sizes and operations including fast-food, I loathe giving negative ratings. However, this place feels as if it's a dump in some third world: for some reasons (IRS aversion?) preferring cash to mobile or credit orders which often doesn't work or overcharging with duplicate orders; the suspicious manager one time hides the online order with late pick-up; makes disparaging remarks to customers who paid using mobile or credit card (because this is the information age in a wealthy suburbs and cash is the preferred currency where he grew up, where patrons risk jail just to stuff their faces!) about such orders even egging employees to join the insults; manager hands the big restroom key to a non patron who just to walks in from the street to use the facility without purchasing--with the plastic gloves for handling foods still on! The incivility, lack of proper hygiene and inefficient payment options and little street trash talking "dramas"---corresponding deduction in stars-- are not worth the effort,; certainly considering there are plenty of other food choices in the same plaza!
Crew with an attitude; as if giving away the sandwich for free. Worst subway I have ever been too.
Does not accept coupons.
It’s small and gets the job done. The line moves quickly. The prices are what you would expect to pay in a Subway. This place is conveniently located near a Metro Station, museum, retail area, and public restrooms.
Okay fast food
