Terrible customer service. I stood there for a minute before anyone acknowledged me. I understand that people have bad days, but in customer service, a little politeness goes a long way. The staff didn’t seem rude, just indifferent to the customers. The place, which is usually clean, was a bit messy today, though it might have been due to the leaves outside. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I lost my wallet on July 16th around the middle of it. The last place I remember was after paying for lunch at this store. I came back half an hour later to ask for help, to see if they could see what happened on the cameras. I was told only the manager could do this, but of course he wasn't in the store at that time, he would only show up later. I left my name and phone number and asked them to call me if they found anything that could help me. Unfortunately, zero response. I went back later in the day and asked the same thing, but the manager wasn't there either. In the end, they didn't help me at all.

Disgusting. I come here 4 times a week due to my job being close by. There is this racist guy, I went there today around 2 o'clock, and he usually makes my sub and then makes me wait for the payment because he has to finish the line, other peoples order then takes payment altogether. However, I realized that it was just for me. Today, I went again, and there was another person before me. He made sure to take his payment after preparation of his sub right immediately in the meanwhile my sub is out there waiting getting cold. Disrespectfulness is just beyond the limits. I might not be back ever. That's why they never get tips. Being professional is not a bad thing, guys. Ladies there are way better than him.

I was going to write a very lengthy post about my experience here yesterday. I just can't get the vision of that woman ripping my footlong open with her hands so sloppily but used a knife for my partner....I don't know why she did it...but she did. Somebody said, dont pay attention to the 1 stars....I mean if you like you and your sandwich to be disrespected....sure. Go here to watch your sandwiches be abused...?

The two workers on the front line seemed to be having a bad day I guess. Attitudes was very unpleasant, executing my order seemed irritating to him, and there was sarcasm. I would never refer friends or family to this particular location ???

I’m beyond irritated and annoying! I came here at 9:00 hungry after work. When i went in there it was no hello, politeness or anything. It was two people working and when i walked in a spanish girl that looked in her 20’s was sweeping. I was standing at the counter waiting for over 7 minutes because whoever was in the back never came out. Then the girl sweeping has the nerve to come over about to make my sandwich. I then ask her “Can she wash her hands” she goes to the sink do not use soap and just rubbed her hands under the water for 5 SECONDS. Then when i go to tell her I want white bread she says they only have WHEAT! They’re nasty, trifling, never have all the ingredients and never polite! Hire new staff please i will never be returning! I bet they dont even wash they hands before they make the sandwiches or make sure its sanitary. This the third tome i came and they was rude and just trifling letting other ingredients mix with eachother.. i wont be returning and this is my neighborhood subway.
