This location is horrible all around!! Staff was rude, impatient, & disrespectful. From the time I walked in I felt unwelcome. I’m a nurse in uniform and they watched every move I made as if I was going to steal a cookie or something. The bathroom is filthy, has a strong urinal odor, there was no soap or paper towel in the bathroom which made me wonder how are the employees washing their hands. The toppings weren’t fresh at all, the onions were old & dried out, green bell peppers browning, cucumbers looked mushy, tomatoes wilted. The veggies looked like they’ve been refrigerating and displaying the same bunch for a week! That being said, I no longer wanted my food prepared by their hands. So I decided on a bag of chips and was checking the menu out for a cold beverage. The Indian lady employee said, “hurry up and order or leave”. I was so confused to whom she was talking to. I responded “what is your problem?” She replied “you people….blah blah blah”. I didn’t hear anything else after “you people” and I went off. I was in such great spirit before entering that Subway, I was having an incredible day. She completely ruined it,

K. I was craving a subway sandwich after my boyfriend's doctor's apt. We looked up a close one and led us here.At first glance, it is indeed a complete eyesore. The whole shopping center was to be honest. At least the actual store was clean for the area that it was in.Before we placed an order, we told the gentleman that we had a coupon. We proceed to order out sandwiches. The whole time, he was preparing our food, it's like he had a little attitude cuz his store started to get a little busy.When we checked out, he told us that the coupon was only for original subs and not the new numbered subs. When we told him none of the coupons say that on the paper, he got even more upset. With disdain in his voice, he said, "For you, I'll do it, but not anymore." We said thank you. We appreciate it.I told my boyfriend that I had to use the facilities before we left. And, of course, they locked the bathroom. A couple just walked in on our way out. But before they got to the counter, I asked for the key. He did some type of hand gesture, like I was t to know what it meant. It wasn't the normal follow me. It was something else. When I got in there, I got mad. That bathroom was bad. And they had the nerve to lock it up?. Unfortunately, this was an emergency. I did what I needed to do, got out, and thanked him.I wouldn't go back there again. For me, first impressions are highly impacted by businesses. They didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. The sandwiches were good, though.

I was excited to received my food. The lady who fixed my sandwich the way I liked it. She was also respectable. They guy was too just had a bad vibe about and I was right. Felt sick after I ate it but a few hours later or next day. That's the only reason for my 1 star.

They do too much and make it seem like if you don't order everything you can on any particular trip that they'll skimp you...I don't like that.

I only purchased a soda but the gentleman working was nice enough to let me use the restroom. The store was very clean ,he was very polite and the bathroom smelled decent. When I get a craving for subway this is the place I'm coming to. Its comforting knowing a place keeps things clean..helps food digest better.
