Why is it that i forget my bank card at home, i couldnt return to due to personal reasons and 2 almost 3 weeks later i return to buy my son food for his achivement at school since he loves subway, just to enter and the first thing we hear is, we got in trouble because of you...Like excuse you? First of all ur problems with ur manager are not my problem, second of all why would you get in trouble for a customer making a mistake? Thats dumb. So who ever the person is that told her shes in trouble for me not returning to pay even doh i left the sandwiches is dumb. And i will return cause i need to talk to whom ever is the big boss there. I have been goin to this subway since i was 14, im 31 now and this is the first time i hear something like this. Not only that but my older sister worked at subway for 17years and even shes never heard that. I felt disrespected, but i feel even worst for the employee cause she shouldnt have to get in trouble for a customers mistake. And whom ever got her in trouble i need you to apologize to her, cause she has been great all these years ive been goin there. And i will not buy from this establishment untill i hear from her that you have apologized. And if you fire her for my review i will make it my lifes mission to show everyone how the manager treats his best employees. Let this be the last time i hear something like that when im goin to ur restaurant.

On Wednesday September 3, 2025 at 2:40 pm Two servers got my order wrong on my meat ball sub. One lady put American cheese instead of provolone cheese and I asked for provolone. Another server put mayo when I didn’t ask for it at all and gave me an attitude when I saw her. Never coming to this place again.

I’m with my son who has Autism so I’m trying to teach him how to order independently without hassle for him. The older lady asked did I wanted it toasted all I said was yes, like in the description and she IMMEDIATELY caught an attitude. Won’t EVER be back at this location. Disgusting service.

I was not allowed in when the sign say it opens at 8 last Saturday. I had a haircut appt at 8:15 I saw they opened ayb8 I said that’s perfect. I get to the door at 8:01 she shoes me away like no no. I stand there confused and ask what time do you open she just did the same thing and said something thru the window I left. I will be going back to get her name.

Yessica was very unprofessional when I called she hung up on me when I was just trying to explain my situation about my order, to let this subway know that they messed up my order, I Do not recommend this subway to other people please do not go here.

I asked for my bread 🥖 a little toasted and they gave it to me burnt, the person said that the ovens are automatic but they should pay more attention to that because the breads here are not cheap 😵💫😵💫

I'm sorry but if it says 2x American cheese, why did I receive only 3 slices on a six inch. That is normal cheese. I was the first in front if 2 women. One white and the other Hispanic. I watched all sandwiches be made just for them to short me on my meats n cheese's. If I have to pay more it should feel equal. Instead I feel slighted. So the only black woman gets less than everyone on the same size sandwiches? I absolutely pay attention to how I'm treated verses other ppl. It did not feel great. I won't be back
