I arrived at this Subway at 8:15 PM, and the store was already closed even though Google Maps clearly shows the closing time as 9:00 PM. This has happened multiple times. Please update your business hours if you plan to close early—customers rely on that information and shouldn’t have their time wasted.

Horrible service. I came in, ordered a sandwich, and used the bathroom, and ate. I tried to go back in to wash my hands, and they suddenly claimed it was out of order—clearly not true. Very unprofessional.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch She told me if i used a coupon she would have to charge me for each piece the bacon even tho bacon comes with it
You buy food from this sub way you paid for it and when you ask employees to use the rest room they create silly reasons like the key has lost, bathroom broken etc.... in various instances. By law if you use a restaurant you have a right to use a rest room. Period.

Driven out by rowdy, out of control kids using a can of canned air to spray me when my back was turned, then I got gaslit over it. It wasn't me, I don't know what you're talking about. Never go to that store, it isn't safe. Wife & I & our 2 kids left in the middle of ordering. Never going back. Not safe enough for kids or women.

I ordered a footlong sandwich "The Big Garlic"the first tome I got it it was great. The second time I was just given Rotisserie chicken with Garlic Aoli sauce. I also asked for Macadamian cookies and was given Oatmeal Raisin. Need to pay more attention to orders given and detail.
