Flag********Red I came to visit this location of subway today July 7, 2023 around 1230hrs. Subway sent me these coupons. The coupon I "tried" to use was the buy one footlong and one fountain drink. And get one footlong for free. Which is a great deal and marketing promotion tactic. It worked. I came in to do that. I got a chicken terriyka and one meatball sub for my boss. Well. IT DID NOT WORK!!! When trying to scan the coupon the system would not register the coupon. Then server(An old middle eastern/asia/ white hair/ probably mid60-70s/ 5'3 around that - Told me that I had used the coupon and why system was not working. I explain to the server that is not possible since I just ripped out the coupon from the paper in front of my boss to get him the meatball sub. I hold myself to a very high stand. As my industry requires honor, trust, and honesty. What happened next is NOT OKAY!!! He called me a lair. Not just once but twice. I tried to get managers number. THey both would not give me the managers number. other young lady. I am going back until I get this managers number. Subway you lost a loyal customer today. You can fix this by figuring out a better way to deal with the disposal and usage of these coupons..becasue this has been the worst experience. The same thing happened to me yesterday at your Chevy Chase DC location. But it was a server problem. I am wonder this is what happened again(today) and your server then called me a lair which completely false statement. You are going to lose more customers. And your marketing promotion is going to back fire on you. Again. @SUBWAYSUCK. FIx this. because no one calls me a lair and thinks they can get way with you. I am on you Subway. I am going to call you HQ and I am going to go to that store until I get the managers number.

My first-ever visit to a Subway certainly exceeded my expectations. I got the Veggie Delight salad with all the toppings--olives, pickles, peppers, etc.--with balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top. I found the entree to be satisfying and extremely fresh. What's more, Subway is a fantastic value! The whole meal only took $6.50 off my student dining plan. (That's far less than other options in the area.) Servers here get a little impatient during the dinner rush, but are impressively efficient. This is a great choice for AU students such as myself in a time crunch. I recommend Subway to anyone in need of a quick and inexpensive bite. I will most certainly return.

Staff argued me too long to convince them to toast my wrapped chipotle sandwich until I felt I am asking for something wrong.The place is good, clean and big.The wrapped chipotle steak and cheese was good as the other subway restaurants. It is hard to find a free parking to get into the mall where the subway located. But you don't need to dig too deep in the mall to find it, as it is located next to the garage entrance.BTW I got that wrapped chipotle steak and cheese plus small chips and a drink and I payed almost $12 which is too much.
Another Veggie Delight helping me toward my weight loss goal. I love that these places are so reliably similar!

Expect to pay full price, and get an inch of empty bread on your sandwich. Then they give you blank stares when you politely request they put more on the sandwich. So skimpy.
