The staff was rude about smallest of things like asking a question about the price of the footlong when I was referring to the price on the board. Didn't mention the fact that the bag has a bag fee, I mean anything with additional fee can just be pointed out. Poor service.

The food is standard for a Subway. The service is mediocre and they really don't like people to use their rewards points.
After months of ordering lunch at this location I earned enough points for a free sandwich and cookie. When I did so and went to pick up my food, they said the next time I used so many points they would cancel my order. Luckily there are other sandwich shops nearby, so avoiding this place hasn't inconvenienced me too much.

Manager does not let you use coupons, he argued me down until his son stepped in and said I could use to coupon. At that point, I didn’t even want the sandwich anymore. He’s so rude. Shoutout to the son for stepping in.

This subway location will not honor coupons for any of the "series" (numbered) subs. Fine, except they don't have a sign or anything stating this policy - you just get to checkout and they tell you your coupon doesn't work.Individual franchisees set their own policies and they are so varied that subways coupons are practically worthless
