Terrible customer service! Never going back! I came in on a Friday night & I had a coupon for $8.99 for a footlong meal. You get a fountain drink & chips or cookies. I get there they have a sign that says the fountain drinks are out of order. I get my sub made, I get to the register to pay. The total says 10 & some change. 🤔 I’m confused as my coupon is only 8.99. Come to find out he was trying to charge me 50 cent extra for a bottle drink. Never informed me it would be a up charge!! Afterwards I pay, I ask for my cookies this ma talking about some I can’t get cookies & I have to get chips! Huh?? Who? Mind you it’s a whole display of baked cookies but he trying to say I can’t get the cookies because he put in the system I was getting chips. He never asked me what I was getting & didn’t see chips in my hand so I’m wondering where he got that idea from? Or was he just deciding what I am going to do with my money?
Like a previous reviewer stated they will most definitely play on your intelligence & overcharge you!
If you find yourself going to that subway pleaseeee make sure they not getting over on you!

The employees are not welcoming. They want to try to short change you on the meat when you using a coupon. The topping (vegetables) Always look like they’ve been left, uncovered in a refrigerator

I we came in with the coupons that are being offered this month 4/2025. Only 1 coupon per order, family etc. Ok cool it was paying for mine but my son was there too & he was paying for his, just since buy one get half I asked him what he wanted. They assumed we be paying together. I didn’t want the drama, I explained it to them best I could. It was buy one Footlong and get six inch free. They cheated me, charged me full price for six. Saying issues with coupon. Too much BS with these people. We have to stop allowing immigrants to treat us like we are the immigrants, or as if we are stuck on stupid. I’m far from it It time I let my money do my talking no I just will not spend my money where I’m not welcome or appreciated!!

I don’t even care to write reviews but let me tell you! This subway is trifling! I had to use the bathroom and he let me go back. I opened the door it was a disgusting amount of piss all over the floor and all over the seat. I waved one of the employees down to let them know. He attempted to hand me cleaner and paper towel and basically told me to clean it and he’s not wiping the floor up???? Trifling. Why would you even want to keep the pee on the floor anyways? It’s going to have to be cleaned up eventually….. or im tripping? I ended up leaving to go next door but ew! I wouldn’t even eat here just based off of that interaction. Subway y’all should be ashamed of y'all selves!
