Have been ordering via the app. They apparently can't read their own menu I ordered the pepperoni flatizza with veggies and they sent me a piece of flat bread with sauce and veggies on it no meat no cheese. I'm done ordering from them. They can't seem to get anything right. I have even reminded them in the notes to please make sure they didn't forget the meat and cheese. And they still forgot it!!! It looks like a toddler made it.

The owner I believe (short guy with glasses shoes who is the only person that I've ever seen they're working), Hass to be one of the rudest, most unprofessional person that I have ever met. During the month of August, there are coupons for foot-long's for half price. I would go into the store and do that promotion while sitting there, and I do not know if that made him mad or something because one day I had ordered him a foot-long from home and went down to pick it up at 7 o'clock. When I got there around 7:10 he said it was not ready and he did not receive a ticket but I received an email stating that the order went through to his address and the pick up time would be 7:20pm. So that time came and gone and said he still hasn't received anything and he kept pointing to the sky or somewhere stating that you need to go to another subway , didn't understand that nor did he explain what that meant, and to call subway, which I believed he meant the HQ somewhere and that It's not his problem. I stated that the money was taken from my account and on the receipt of the email. It was your store address so you receive the money and you try to keep pointing the air trying to say technically he did not receive the money, so maybe it was the IT department phone or something I still do not know. So after a couple days of trying to contact Subway with no success, I went back to the store and was upset and explain to him the situation, and that there would be further consequences (not threatening), because I had to prove that you took the money, and I did not receive any good. When you do the online order as I did in the store, there's an alarm of some type that tells you there is a order placed online. I believe he heard that order and did not make it because I was not there and proceeded to delete it, and to give me the runaround and thought, maybe I just wouldn't care. Ultimately he met, gave me the sandwich because he knew he was in the wrong and the guy is just an incredible jerk. Also, at the end, he proceeded to imply that he did not care that he gave me the food because it's not a big deal to him like he was rich or something, which was totally unprofessional. He proceeded to state that I am no longer allowed in the store, as if I were to ever think about coming to that liars store.

They tried to serve me a sandwich on a piece of molded flatbread. I'm currently reporting these people to the health department! I'm sick of these restaraunt franchise owners not giving a fuqq about us. Will NEVER eat here EVER again.

Flag********Red DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR SUBWAY @SUBWAYSUCKI came to visit this location of subway today July 7, 2023 around 1230hrs.Subway sent me these coupons. The coupon I "tried" to use was the buy one footlong and one fountain drink. And get one footlong for free. Which is a great deal and marketing promotion tactic. It worked. I came in to do that. I got a chicken terriyka and one meatball sub for my boss. Well. IT DID NOT WORK!!! When trying to scan the coupon the system would not register the coupon. Then server(An old middle eastern/asia/ white hair/ probably mid60-70s/ 5'3 around that - Told me that I had used the coupon and why system was not working. I explain to the server that is not possible since I just ripped out the coupon from the paper in front of my boss to get him the meatball sub. What happened next is NOT OKAY!!! He called me a lair. Not just once but twice. I tried to get managers number. THey both would not give me the managers number. other young lady. I am going back until I get this managers number. Subway you lost a loyal customer today. You can fix this by figuring out a better way to deal with the disposal and usage of these coupons..becasue this has been the worst experience. The same thing happened to me yesterday at your Chevy Chase DC location. But it was a server problem. I am wonder this is what happened again(today) and your server then called me a lair which completely false statement. You are going to lose more customers. And your marketing promotion is going to back fire on you. Again. @SUBWAYSUCK. FIx this. because no one calls me a lair and thinks they can get away with it. I am on you Subway. I am going to call you HQ and I am going to go to that store until I get the managers number. That guys needs be fired what he did. Respectfully

It is not recommended. The slow staff fell, some bottles of dressing fell, they picked them up without cleaning or changing them. Bad attention, I don't buy anymore

There is not a lot wrong with this subway establishment, but if you want your sandwich made the way that you ordered it you should not I repeat do not order online because they will make your sandwich poorly! They will not add extra things but they will leave off ingredients or not give you extra ingredients when you requested online. I ordered a sandwich it had Double X Y and Z, but it was just a single serving of vegetables instead of the double order. They also left off a vegetable that I requested to have on there. The online order ticket spells out everything that you order but they don't pay attention very well to that. If it says double spinach then they put a little bit of spinach on the sandwich and move on! I'd rather pay for the double vegetables then to be cheated or skimped on My order! So order in person if you can and then you will get what you ask for, otherwise you'll get what they give you.

If someone has a bunch of store coupons..in this case from subway restaurant and wanted to share some with a customer out of just being nice especially when everything is so expensive these days..is that wrong? Well i did so a week ago and then the nasty subway owner who turns all rude and ugly tells me to not share the coupons with people in his store and that if i wanted to i need to do it outside his store. Is there some sort of policy to this? If there was he could have told me nicely instead he was just so rude. i wanted to say more but decided to just leave and not give him a cent of my money. I was just helping someone save some money thats all. Instead i was yelled at and treated badly. Please DON’T give your business to this mean and nasty old man. There are many other subway restaurants in this neighborhood..go there.

I was shopping and a nice lady who was waiting her turn to order, looked at me and extended her hand with some coupons asking me if I wanted them, I thanked her and asked the man who was there. I asked him if I could use them and he answered angrily ask her, she was the one who gave them to you, she very kindly told me that I could only use them with the specific orders that the coupons said, the man, not happy and very disrespectful, told her not to return it to make sure that if he wanted to help someone he did it outside the store I told the man that he didn't need to talk to him like that the lady left saying that she would complain later she wanted to keep saying things and I told her to shut up that she had to learn to treat people people with respect i feel really bad for the girl if you're reading this i'm sorry you had to go through that just for trying to make a nice gesture.

I received a notification that an unauthorized order was placed at this location with my account. I called the store and the person that answered the phone refused to refund me, refused to let me speak with anyone else, and then hung up on me. Horrible!

Horrible customer service. Cashier refused to accept my promo offer from Subway.com because it didn't have QR code. He wouldn't even provide a reason for refusing to use it. I asked for manager.. tells me "manager isn't available". Seems like management left him by himself. Taste of my sandwich has been better at other subway locations.
