They recently switched owner bringing in new energy for the restaurant. The new owners are nice and hard working but also do things way different from what the old owners were doing. They listen to feedback and the service is positive.
Okay, so I highly suggest ordering in person. Today was the 4th time I’ve ordered through app over the course of the last 2 years. Every time I order through the app, it’s like they don’t even read the order and they just make whatever. I know I can’t be the only person experiencing this during the weekends.
I ordered at 2:30 for a 4:45 pick-up. When I got their 2 minutes late Not only was my food not ready but I also had about 6 customers in front of me I went to the express line and the guy was rude as he told me my food wasn't ready and I needed to wait like everyone else. I complained a little bit but I did get in line because the food was already paid for. But when it was finally my turn I had to argue with the guy on what I have paid for it even though he had the receipts right in front of him and then he even made a comment that even though I paid for 2x double meat that I was trying to take all his meat because he didn't have a lot of it. And I needed to slow down eating
Come here if you want to drink HOT COKE with lunch!!! This is such a ratchet Subway you should avoid at all costs, unless you love Hot cokes and a poor bread selection from a place that is always under staffed. ice machine broken for a year.
1 star is too much for this place. I placed an order thru mobile app to pick up at this place. I felt as they’d robbed me. They refused to give my sandwich and drink that I paid for! I used all my rewards to place this order and they didn’t want to give my lunch!

Refused to deliver purchase made on the subway app. Lost subway rewards and got no lunch.
Ran out of meatballs and acted like it was not a problem. You could tell the staff was very sick as he attempted to try very hard not to cough on your food. Did not use clean knives and got sour cream on my sandwich. Very slow. Even after the second staff came in after a break.
Slow service. Paid for meal and staff started working on other sandwiches before finishing mine. Another staff member came out of the back room and did nothing but talk to the staff member (who was the only one making sandwiches) about who was paying for what sandwich.
Was here this morning. The crew moves too slow and looked like it is his first time to work there. He said the store is open but took 5 minutes or more to start my order. He got a lot of excuses and complaints about the store. Terrible. You should realize you are working in a fastfood chain. People go there to buy food which can be ordered and made fast. He does not even know how to make steak, egg and cheese in a wheat bread! Whoever owns or manages this store, please train your staff how to make correct subs first! The guy on duty this morning sunday june9 2019 at 9am was so terrible! And also the toppings does not look fresh. It looked like from last night or 2days ago. Vegetables looked dehydrated. Paging Health Department!

I just stopped by this morning to get a foot long steak sandwich and the staff was very rude and impolite. I love subway but this is my first time stopping by this subway, I won't stop by again.
The service is very good. Would recommend this subway to everyone.
It is a place with healthy food with very quick service and the vegges used are fresh and finely chopped. I usually prefer this when i want to carry food away.
Over charged didnt know how to use the subway card.
