Staff are rude. Kinda ridiculous that au makes us pay an insanely high tuition, and this is what we’re provided with.
Don’t use Grubhub for pick-up orders; they’ll mess it up lol

The service attitude of the staff was extremely poor. Two of the employees were busy arguing and ignored the customers who were ordering. There was no sense of service at all. I don’t even want to give one star.
Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Only two choices of bread, and it is missing *many* of the ingredients that makes Subway good. They only sell basic and mediocre sandwiches, which range from, at worst, “really bad,” to, at best, “it’s ok.” I usually am an advocate for Subway, but this one specifically is missing way too many options. As an added bonus, the staff isn’t all too friendly with you, making the experience that much worse.
I hope this location can either improve (staff) or AU can put something else here. Employees like to be really rude to who they think are AU students… issue is that is wrong and they don’t quite know when they are talking to a professor…
As with every other AU dining establishment, the staff are over the top rude. The only reason anyone would go here is to use a meal swipe.
Some employees just don't wear their masks appropriately while making food that other people eat. Sandwiches are good, but sometimes I just don't feel safe.
Bad service…
I walked in slightly before opening only to be RUDELY told. “We ain’t open yet” left with no option I walked out. Not even a courteous “we will open shortly”. Incredibly rude
good location, sandwiches are pretty good. The only problem is that they don't accept gift cards.

The sandwiches sold here are very delicious.
We ate at Subway in Union Station It very good just like the sunbs we get here at home!! It was something familiar to us after a day of walking in the city.
Great place to take your kids for a quick meal, both sit down and lots of take away. Fairly fast service with a variety of food.
Maybe because I have had plenty of subway experiences to know how one should make a sandwich, but the way they put on toppings and close their sandwiches at this location is terrible and the cashier was paying attention to her phone while chatting with a co worker while I was waiting for her to finish wrapping my sandwich and ring me up. I get they may hate where they work, but come on.
I'm not quite sure why the sandwich artist stuck her fingers all through my sandwich.
