I’m extremely upset with the way we were treated by the staff at this Subway. The waiter was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no compassion. My son, who has special needs, was doing his best to order in his own way. He got confused just once—he asked for grilled chicken with cheese, then changed his mind and said he didn’t want the cheese.
I politely asked the server to remove the cheese, and instead of showing any understanding, she got visibly frustrated and snapped, saying “I asked you in a loud voice if it was with or without cheese, and you said with cheese!” Her tone was completely unacceptable. Where is the patience? Where is the basic human decency? This was not just bad service—it was heartless. I expected much better

I ordered a turkey sandwich from this location through Uber Eats, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. When it arrived, there was a strange, overcooked smell coming from the bag. Once I unwrapped it, I noticed the wrapper itself had a strong scent that reminded me of Indian food, which was very bizarre and completely unexpected from a turkey sandwich.
There were also burn marks on the inside of the wrapper and the top of the bread, as if it had been toasted more than once. The bread was rubbery and stale, and the turkey didn’t seem fresh. On top of that, the sandwich was slathered in mayo and leaking, making it nearly inedible.
I’ve had Subway in many places around the world, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The ingredients were clearly old, and the quality control at this location seems nonexistent. I’m not surprised to see the low ratings, and I won’t be ordering from this store again.

Learn to respect customers. I say “Learn to respect customers”. You can’t survive this store with the attitude that you were showing towards customers. The lady at the counter is very rude guys. She’s not polite and she doesn’t care what are customer requirements. I will not be visiting that store again.

I set the bar low in general but boy is this place bad. I used the 2-for-1 footlong coupon on a pickup order: one slice of meat and a slice of cheese on each sandwich and the Sandwich Artist refused to fill the actual sandwiches ordered when we showed her the paltry product. Seems like an any means necessary cost-cutting strategy by franchisee/management. Head south on Connecticut for better options.
