This used to be such an easy place to get food and just get friendly service. They have literally made it horrible recently. The food feels like they actually don't care what gets given to the customers.

I am not familiar with the Subway formula/menu and asked about the vegetarian options. I had difficulty understanding the girl behind the counter and this resulted in her immediately losing her patience and throwing a tantrum, and carelessly preparing what turned out to be a terrible sandwich. Her annoyance made me feel extremely unwelcome and I honestly don’t know what she even does there, because customer service is not something she is familiar with at all. I was the only customer there so it’s not as if I was delaying service for anyone. If you need to find food late at night, go to Z burger in the same street.

Good, kind, helpful staff, made my sandwich just how I like it. Great windows to sit and eat in front of.
I bought 12 inches sandwiches. I told them to toast before making it. They toasted but it was not warm at all. They could not fold the sandwich properly. Therefore, everything came out while eating.

Ordered roast beef Sandwich to go. Roast beef portion was minimal to one center layer and leaving whole bread plenty bare, served with one slice of Swiss cheese cut in half. At least it was placed in the toast oven.Difficulties in understanding server as she was a young middle Eastern lady.Atmosphere was bare minimum with a small window overlooking busy street, otherwise bland, but clean. Napkin dispenser empty, had to ask over the counter. Lady gave me two flimsy napkins. As I was walking out, there was a homeless/beggar on the sidewalk for which I happily handed my order for his enjoyment.Unfortunately I was in rush and thought Subway would be a fast option to go. Bad choice! There are more appealing dining options within the block.

Asked for a buffalo chicken sub, they gave me a grilled chicken sub which was very rubbery. So yeah m. Very rude and kinda staff that jumps on a customer, they started conversing in Bangladeshi language and I called them out immediately. Waste of money and
