Had to change my review. I come to this subway all the time. Most of the employees are amazing. Was here today and one female employee always tries to skimp you. You order something where it says 2x cheese she will only give you the regular cheese but on the menu it says 2x cheese. Then she cashes me out and says I have no points to use towards my purchase. I found that hard to believe but whatever. I left went home and logged into my subway account. It said I had 2 bucks to use at checkout. Lol. So I went back to get a 6in sub and a very nice man took care of me and behold I have 2 bucks subway cash I can use to purchase it. The lady who took care of me lied and said I dint have any subway points. I'm pretty sure she's the owners wife. If you come here and want to redeem subway points have your phone available to prove the one lady wrong. Cuz if you have points.. She will say you don't.

Picked up food here a few weeks ago and got food poisoning! I know it must be this that gave it to me as this was the only thing I ate that day. Obviously will never be returning!!! I was sick for days!

Never going back to this place. I was told that cheese on pizza is apparently extra, which I was fine with, and then I offered to pay extra. But apparently she didn't have the option on the register to only pay extra. She deliberately and unnecessarily argued with me for 5 minutes.
I would like to thank the entire team, led by excellent manager (ana) who worked diligently and FAST to fix and prepare large catering order for us. They were very pleasant, courteous and nice. Job well done. The sandwhich platters were delicious!

The other day I ordered a small sub and soda, and was surprised when i was charged $12 and change. I paid but when I got to my car I decided that really didn't sound right even with inflation, and went back to see if she had charged me for a 12" sub instead.The young lady acknowledged her error when I showed my receipt, but then asked if I had a card - she needed one to open the drawer. I hadn't even said "No" when she managed to get it open and have me my change. Someone else who worked there - a manager perhaps? - was coming through behind me to go to the work area as this was transpiring so that may be why.I'm not saying she was trying anything funny, but perhaps more training is in order.My sandwich was okay but not her fault - I don't like Subways new options as much as the old ones.
For the price the sandwich is not worth it. Harris Teeters makes a better sandwich for less. For the same amount of money you probably could do better at a local neighborhood sandwich shop. Subway should pay more attention to the shops and less money on their commercials!!!
