Giving stale tortilla wraps. I ordered a $10+ for a turkey wrap that's stale is not good service. I ordered the wrap this morning (about 8:55 A. M.) after having physical therapy. I'm just now heating it up to eat. The lady who made this should be ashamed giving a customer stale and old wrap/bread! Next time I'm going to ask to see before you make my sandwich. Terrible!

The cashier/sandwich maker was sitting down, on his phone and was extremely rude to me. He gave me two slices of turkey and did not even fold them like usual. There should have been 4 folded slices. His attitude was atrocious and I asked for an additional slice of cheese, he proceeded to tell me it only comes with two. I am making my sandwich that I will be consuming. If I asked him to put every ingredient he carries on the sandwich, it shouldn't be an issue. If I'm willing to pay for additional veggies. This is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be back and I recommend someone have a conversation with that individual asap. He has zero people skills. This happened 5 minutes ago.

I got food poisoning from this location. I never had an issue from here before. I see many new employees. Perhaps they're not maintaining bf the same health and cleanliness standards as before.
I'm a simple gal, it doesn't take much to impress me. It's a subway; you assemble your own food the way you like it, nuff said. That said, with it being one of the few choices open at 8:30 pm on Sunday, the staff was nice and friendly, and I was very satisfied with the salad I got. It was chopped with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, red onion, green peppers, and some hot chili relish, all served under a bed of heated sweet onion teriyaki chicken. The food was good and filling, so overall a successful purchase for me.

I've been here twice and both times the same man has been serving me. He is very welcoming (smiles and is calm with his tone but not lazy calm, efficient and calm). He never makes a mistake and he puts a generous amount of everything on the sandwiches. None of that 6 olives per foot long bs . He also gave me two cookies for my combo both times without telling me (a true kind act). He's fast, friendly, generous, and a good man. Great subway!

I just came here got a drink and the machine wasn't working and the MANAGER just cursed me out saying I can't do anything and they can't do anything so I said okay then can i get a bottled drink and he got crazy and starting insulting us using foul language and then told us he will kick us the f* out
