I ordered a new sandwich today. TURHAMKEN. The guy with the glasses did not want to add the rotisserie chicken which clearly states in the advertisement. I told him it came with chicken than he said it was incorrect. He became a little rude. I told him to take off the stuffing. This guy has been rude before and honestly I'm done with going to this subway. I just want to know why he is rude and why he doesnt want to put the chicken on? Pic attached.
The guy behind the desk with glass on his eye was so RUD and IMPOLITE he is a disaster for subway customer service he must be fired.

Borderline racist!!!!! My husband went in to get a drink and the cashier questioned why he was in there and was acting like he was a criminal. Learn how to greet paying customers never coming back here!!!! They profiled him

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The short older hispanic man that works here threatened to throw a Gatorade bottle at my head. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

I went to this specific Subway location for the first time today. I will never be returning again. The only person working at the store when I visited was the “manager” who of which did not have a name tag.
I attempted to use a coupon for a meal that was applicable under the terms and conditions, however, he claimed otherwise without ever attempting to scan the coupon to attest to his claim. He was very nasty when speaking to me. He was snappy, raised his voice and kept speaking over me. I have NEVER had an experience like this at a Subway before, and have used the same exact coupon for the same meal I ordered prior at other stores without any issues. It seems apparent from past reviews that this same exact man has been working at this location for a while and has gotten away with his treatment of the customers that come in time and time again. He should no longer be working there.

The disgruntled one employee is NOT friendly and expects you to pay close to $15 for a footlong subway sandwich without showing a hint of gratitude for our spending our money there. VERY unprofessional and VERY RUDE

The “manager” is truly the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. I tried to give him a coupon but he refused it and told me to leave. When I asked him to explain why he refused and yelled at me. Truly a horrible experience.

The employee was extremely rude and nasty. I asked if the bread was soft and where was his face mask. He proceeded to get upset with me and refused service and told me to leave. This is crazy!! He refused to tell me his name and he did not have on a name tag! He was nasty! I would not spend my money there!

I had a very terrible experience, I asked for titan turkey and he never put double meat and cheese on the sandwich as if I wouldn’t know. They obviously don’t care and they shouldn’t be in business.
