This is the most arrogant and racist employee I have ever seen. They charge money for every piece of paper. The hygiene is very bad. I didn’t wear gloves to take the bread. After I paid, I ate it out of his trash can.

I visit many of these places but this one took his place. The man who was serving this day was so arrogant that when someone arrived to order, I asked him if he didn't want any of the tomatoes he had because they were already old and he addressed me with arrogance. terrible

They have one guy working there when everyone other subway has 2/3 employees and I know he's one guy working there but he's very rude and has no customer services. Hire more people

Horrible service. The owner/employee has been incredibly rude to my fiancé regularly. He has an attitude and makes a simple request of ordering a sandwich a hassle. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this Subway. I know we will NEVER spend our money at this establishment again!

I don’t understand the attitude issue from the owner. If you don’t like what you do find a new profession because customer service isn’t your forte. This is the second time I’ve been at the subway where there is a nasty attitude from the owner. This will be the last time and may need to send health inspectors to this restaurant. It has a foul smell when you enter their establishment.

The Hispanic guy who works here in the mornings is super rude. I asked for chicken cutlet and he said “we don’t have any did you not look at the menu?” It was 9 am on a very slow Wednesday morning. No one else was in the store. It was just him and me. There was no need to respond to me so rudely especially when there is literally no rush. This guy just has a bad energy to him. He obviously doesn’t like what he does but that doesn’t mean he should be rude to people. All the other reviews I read validate that this guy is just plain horrible. I am not surprised he is the main reason people don’t come here. He even proceed to say to meet him in the back when his shift is done because I told him not to talk to me like that. This guy has problems and I feel bad for whoever his wife and daughters are because he was never properly taught manners from his mother. Don’t come here even if you are starving. You will regret spending your money here. Not worth it.

Here right now at this subway. It's June 17th around 3pm. The guy that is working is curt and rude. He couldn't wait to go back to whatever he was watching on his laptop in the back. Lame experience and interaction. Will not return.

I forgot to ask the worker to microwave my sandwich. When I went back to get that done he literally fussed at me because I didn't get this done when I originally ordered my food. His attitude was horrible.

The owner (the only employee) is incredibly rude and yells at customers when he got something wrong with the order. Recently I went there (I am a repeat customer) and he didn't ask if my partner wanted cheese. When we politely corrected this error he started yelling saying that he asked. He didn't ask. He also said that he is the owner and implied he can do as he wishes, even though this is still a Subway. Never going back here again.
