Summit the Rooftop at Conrad offers amazing and perfect views, including sights of the Washington Monument and capital building, especially at sunset. The ambiance is beautiful, though lighting can be very dim. Service is superb. The cocktails are delicious and enjoyable, with the well-balanced Beijing drink noted. Reviews on food are mixed. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was really good with a lot of lobster, and the flatbread was high quality, served quickly even when busy. However, other experiences were less positive, mentioning a subpar sushi, a decent cheese board, and a charcuterie plate with stale crackers. Some guests did not love the food, suggesting the venue is better for its views and drinks.
