Summit the Rooftop at Conrad

I was staying at the Conrad and I finally had a chance to check out Summit (their rooftop bar). I only had a cocktail but it was delicious. The Beijing drink is well balanced and delicious. The view is pretty awesome too. You can easily see the Washington monument and capital building.

We were visiting from out of town and were really looking forward to enjoying the beautiful views and ambiance at The Summit. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. When we arrived, the lighting was so dim that it was difficult to even read the menu.
We ordered the charcuterie plate, but the crackers were stale. While our server kindly brought a replacement, those too were not fresh. For the price and the reputation of the venue, we expected a higher-quality dining experience. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Was really impressed by the food. Got the Lobster Mac & Cheese and it was really good. Plus had a lot of lobster. Flatbread was also high quality. It was fairly busy when we got there so I was worried the food would take long but it didn’t at all. And the views were perfect at sunset.

Love this place! Just had a reservation at the rooftop, the views are amazing and service is superb! Thank you Ignacio forr all
the efforts and attention. I do have to admit that I did not love the food,
however there is a restaurant in the same hotel that never dissapoints!

A subpar sushi, and a decent cheese board but with great views over Bosphorus and very enjoyable cocktails. I also noticed a spelling mistake in their menu, which I can’t say I’ve ever noticed one before, so it was a bit of a surprise. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives, so if you’re looking for a view and good drinks do come, if it’s for food, Istanbul is a great big city with plenty of other options worth considering.

Views are awesome even if the set up is simple. We definitely enjoyed our time watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Drinks aren't cheap, but this is a 5 star hotel serving a solid experience that's included in your drink price. Lobby is also beautiful as you head to rooftop. Plan to take your time here and enjoy the vistas around you.

Good views but you can do better from other rooftops in DC, expensive drinks in line with what you would expect these days from a hotel bar, and slow service - up to 30 minutes to get a check.

Very nice place, good drinks and food. Lost a star because they do not have a good system to block out the Sun.

Views are average… Decor it’s not befittin a Conrad hotel. Drinks were good, however, the food was below average and overpriced. ordered the Buratta and the cucumbers. The bread that came with the buratra was stale. The cucumbers were wilted. Overall, unsatisfactory, but, the company was great.

We were guests at the hotel. And we decided to visit the rooftop bar to meet the most unpleasant hostess ever. Very rude person and very “committed” too. You can’t go there she said. That was our last time at that rooftop.

Incredible experience, amazing views, delicious cocktails, and good service. Great pre-dinner rooftop spot for small-medium groups.

I’ll give 1 star since there’ll no notification at all saying that IT CLOSES AT 8PM! According to the server, they have an agreement with the residents that they must close at 8pm. Well, I don’t mind at all if they just shut down the music and let us stay for one more hour or two.
