Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I got the Seoul. This is a really smart concept for a sando shop. They have something for every palette of the world. I would add an nyc option, and make it meatball, or a parm, but that’s me.
Whenever I’m in DC for a conference at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, this spot is my go-to for lunch! I’ve tried a bunch of their sandwiches—Beirut, Shiraz, Moscow, Istanbul, Lima, Athena, and Seoul, and while it’s tough to choose a favorite, I’ve especially loved the Istanbul, Athena, and Lima. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend dining in. There’s limited seating and not much ambiance, so it’s better suited for a grab-and-go...
Only complaint i have is the location. It's in an alley. So if you never been there, make sure you use your GPS and keep your eyes open, you will miss it if you blink. Also, this place is not a dine in restaurant. Order, get your Sandwich and leave! The Sandwiches...absolutely delicious. My favorite is the Lima. But they have plenty of other incredible sandwiches. If you are in the area, go and get yourself a sundevich!
