I’m not one to usually review but I’ve never experienced this level of standoffish ness and attitude before. I expect common level of responses and common courtesy even if the place is just meant for pick ups.

The sandwich I got was huge! It was tasty I just wish there was a little more chicken in it. I would still go back, or recommend to a friend.

sandwich is consistently good! i always get the rome which is an italian sub. very flavorful- bread is soft and always ready for pickup on time! sandwiches are super large so good enough for 2 lunches

Sandwiches are super super yummy and so many unique options! The only thing that is a little weird to me is that you cannot order face to face here or engage with the workers at all. There are a lot of signs that say “Do NOT touch” and “Do not try to order” which is a little funny but I guess it works. They were very fast!

Don’t be cheap. Give me my extra mayo. It takes more time to write me a note to pay extra next time by selecting it on the app. Cheap! You would have saved time by putting the extra mayo on my sandwich.

Best meal I had during a work trip to Washington DC. Great selection of sandwiches with interesting and fresh ingredients. There are some vegetarian options and salads as well. Highly recommend!

Apparently, you can’t talk on your cell phone in this place? The sandwich maker proceeds to tell my husband he can’t talk on the phone in the restaurant or sit down. Will never be back.

Ordered for delivery while staying at the Convention Ceneter for luch. Everything was fresh and delicious! Got the Rome and didn't need anything added. Super favorable.

Hummus pickled veggie sandwich way too salty

Outstanding and sandwiches are huge! Seoul is by far the best. Kids had Mexico City and Berlin. They said it was outstanding as well. Buenos Aires was good but Seoul was much better.

Great Food. They have a great variety of options, for anyone with any taste. We had Tehran and Shiraz. Both good, fairly priced, and quite healthy.

I got the Athens with extra pickles. Great sandwich, delicious.

The spicy slaw wasn’t very good. It was bland with a spicy aftertaste.

Definitely ordering a sandwich again, I’ll try a different side next time.
