me and my dad has been choosing this carry-out over all neighborhood carry-out for many years. the food is wonderful never no complaints. This past Friday we buy food from there and it was really good but then my dad talked so good about the food to a friend and wanted to go get food from them Sunday and him and his friend was very disappointed. His friend food was very stretchy and she said it didn't taste or look like chicken. my dad chicken was very cold on the inside and tasted like old pre warmed chicken and his lo mein was a disappointment and he bragged on how good they food is. really not sure if the cooks just wasn't in the mood yesterday or not but it was shocking and embarrassing. my dad called them back to tell them the food was cold they said next time eat food inside the if u want it fresh. my dad told them we only stay a block away and we always eat there our food never was cold on the inside and tasted old. normally when we go we wait at least 15 mins for fresh food yesterday seem like as soon as he ordered by the time his friend got out the car to order her food his food was already done. he said he didn't think anything about it because we never had bad experience but if he would have known they was going to serve him pre heat food (leftover) then he would have made them make fresh food. i will say that the lady apologized eventually but my dad was still stuck with food he wasn't satisfied with and his friend threw her food down the garbage disposal.

This by far is the WORST Asians carry out i' ve ever ordered from when you go up to the entrance of this business it's an concrete home made entrance for handicap availability once you come in this carry out it's cold dirty with water damage on the walls and mole is coming the ceiling from rain/ water damage the customer service there is unacceptable they are rude unfriendly and who wants their food fix ware the cooks are warring full length coats. I think this place should be close down for inspection and health violations. We deserve better service, better food, in an friendly atmosphere.

we ordered shrimp and broccoli with shrimp fried rice & 2 egg rolls it took a long time to come it was only 4 shrimp in the shrimp fried rice and the shrimp & broccoli was greasy so greasy its was all over the napkins and the curry out menu this curry GETS A BIG FFF do better with your food and the grease 1st time and last

This is by far the dirtiest carry out in that area. I placed a delivery order and it took a hour and 13 mins to come the food was cold and some of it was under and over cooked. Their food isn't worth the price, the wait, or the rudeness. If you are hungry in the Good Hope Rd area please try Good Hope Carry-Out. The only down side with that is they don't deliver smh.

Wow omg went here with someone omg these people are so rude and I wouldn't give them a penny not even the star on top they are so smart at the mouth even when they say how can I help you that little child working there see I always end up going to different places with different people but this was the worst on so far of them all see these people that own these places think they can talk to people anyway they want and charge whatever they want I don't eat out of these places but see the people that run these places if they think about it it's the public that pays there bills and help them get money I don't spend my money in the hood rat places can't stop others but I am just there to see how people really are that own this place I even had to say something to the stop talking to people like a damn fool she just looked at me but I gave her a chance to think about it all in the long run
