I spent a couple hours here because my flight was delayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Cosmos were perfectly pink. (If they’re clear and red they’re not made correctly) and only $6 during Happy Hour. I’m not a big fan of Mexican food, Cosmos I ordered the Bora Bora marinated chicken without the tortilla over rice. It was delicious! The chicken was so tender and tasty and all the flavors were wonderful. I also enjoyed watching the surfers on TV,. The waves relaxed me instead being stressed out over a delayed flight. Definitely recommend this place for its casual atmosphere and good food. Even if you don’t like Mexican!

We called to confirm they could accomidate a member of our party who's disabled/ in a wheelchair as their google maps page claims they could. We spoke to three of their staff and they couldn't have been more unprofessional and disrespectful. One of them pretended to be the manager and even hanged up on us. Needless to say we dined elsewhere and won't be coming here.

Two words- frozen margaritas. Surfside sells them in strawberry and lime and they come in generously sized glasses, strong, and delicious! I could drink two every time.
Located inside a massive space once the site of a Ruby Tuesday, Surfside sells tacos and more. Most nights they have specials like on Mondays when kids eat free or buy two, get one free Taco Tuesdays.
If you love shrimp, get the "Nevis" on flour tortillas. They are large tacos that come with jumbo shrimp and side of really good yellow rice.
Service is attentive and prompt.

Very tasty, nicely cooked and received it fast and it was nicely wrapped. Veggies were fresh and crunchy. Good flow, you will get your food pretty fast. The taste was very impressive, it reminded me of California style foods, I lived in LA for about 14 yrs. Was testing this food place to compare and it did not disappoint.

Surfside is a wonderful neighborhood joint.
Great during the summer with big open patio.
Solid classic list of Mexican favorites dishes. Strong margaritas and mixed drinks. Start with Surfsider drink to get the party going.
The staff will take great care of you and make your feel like a regular

Respectfully, not for me. The Bonaire was disappointing and the only saving grace was the tres leches cake. The best way to describe this place is American food with a pinch of oregano, cumin, and cilantro. That being said if you enjoy this type of ‘Mexican’ food, this is your place.

After a 5/hour drive we stopped here for dinner. The guacamole and chips were excellent and the soda hit the spot! Food was awful. Ceviche was mediocre and lacked the acidity that “cooks” the shrimp and makes it edible. The chips that came with the ceviche were stale. Also ordered tacos and the pork was like rubber, had an off putting taste and was swimming in grease. Took one bite and I was done. Needless to say, a total waste of money. The waitress did remove the tacos from the bill. She was great so I gave her a good tip. After all, she had nothing to do with the preparation of our meals.

Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful atmosphere, reasonable prices and excellent food. The only downside: the plates are simple and without any accompaniment.

Overpriced for what you get and misleading deals.
Wait staff does not inform you on limits or prerequisites to qualify for said deal. Instead they just give you a very large bill at the end. I would avoid this place not just because the poor management, but the food is beyond mediocre. Head down the street to like four better places, don't waste your time, lunch/ dinner, or money here.
