I've been going to this place since 2013, and it has been around for over 25+ years. The fact that Japanese friends and colleagues frequent it regularly speaks volumes about this gem.

This place is a gem! Been going here for years and they are absolutely lovely. My go-tos are the (vegetarian) soba/udon soup, shrimp dumplings (off menu item) and the sushi. Also excellent cucumber salad!
Not sure why some folk here have complained about the prices - you really can’t beat the value of this place in an area full of overpriced lunch spots.

There is no signage on the exterior building or the street to identify this restaurant. Once inside, it seems caught in the early 2000s with updates taped over original signs.A 2-person operation, service may take a bit of time while they are working to complete an order or maintain the restaurant.The food is classic sushi construction and a true delight with fresh fish with a miniscule dab of wasabi atop sushi rice.
