From start to finish, it was a great experience. The only improvement I'd suggest is a different recipe for the ceviche. It just wasn't complex enough and was too sweet. Overall, fantastic place!
I love the scallop and octopus sashimi. My favorite rolls are between the capital or volcano. The prime beef hot stone is a must to excite the senses. Try the shiitake mushroom roll if you're vegetarian!

Leo the owner is the man! If you don't like the sushi roll you order, they will cook you another one and you only pay for what you like. Amazing policy that more restaurants should adopt to get return customers.
