Just got the Cocomallow vanilla sandwhich... i'm in heaven!!!!!

We had the Cocomallow Sandwich, which is a coconut macaroon sandwich with a toasted marshmallow in the middle. They have a few versions, like dipped in chocolate for example, but we were really excited about the one we got. It smelled amazing, but it was a little dry and not as light and fluffy as we wanted. Alternatively, it could've been really toasty and crunchy, but it was in the middle and not as flavorful as you would expect.
