Sweet Lemon Cafe

Great food and drinks! Lovely atmosphere! My favorite are the Belarusian and Ukrainian dishes like borscht and bliny. Also, love the light desserts.

Great little cafè, we just ordered 3 coffees and some fruit, the watermelon was sweet and refreshing and the coffees were higu quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and we even got 3 free cookies!

Y'all they're so nice and you get a free cookie with your coffee (during August) – it's a great cafe! Can't wait to come back and try the dumplings one day.

We were very underwhelmed by our experience at this cafe last year. It’s a bummer because we live in the neighborhood and really need some good little cafes. I ordered a ‘homemade yogurt’ and it tasted terrible. I noticed it had some black spots at the bottom which I realized was probably mold. I brought it back to the counter and the young guy responded ‘of yeah, I think it’s pretty old’. My husband had some sort of egg sandwich in a croissant and it didn’t taste great. Also, everything is served using plastic cutlery/plates, which is incredibly wasteful.

This was a really nice stop with my family for a quick lunch. Reasonably priced and fresh, and we appreciated some of the unique offerings like borsch. Really yummy lemonade as well! Fairly small interior, we did fine just sitting at the countertop along the wall, there was also outdoor seating as a different option.

They did not let us use the bathroom and I told her it was an emergency. I don’t care if it’s not for customers . If it’s an emergency you should allow a paying customer mind you , to use the restroom . We left and didn’t buy anything . You lost business . What a stupid rule . That’s all I have to say , good day .

Cool place good smoothies decent pastries. The smoothie bowl was trash basically liquid once I got back to my job, which was a 4 min walk.

This is a fantastic little cafe! It has a cozy atmosphere, and I had Lithuanian borscht for the first time—it was delicious! The service was superb, and although I don't come this way often, I will definitely try to stop by again to enjoy more of their delicious food. 😋

Lovely staff. Small and efficient space. Outside patio seating is well situated. Delicious European offerings with enough options to make a meal or to have just as a snack. Easy to walk to. The kind of place that would be reliable spot for locals and regulars.
