The customer service is pathetic. They are short on staff and lack the manners to dpeak to customers. I ordered a vanilla latte and they forgot to put the vanilla. When i informed them to put just one pump, the lady put three four in anger. If this is the attitude and passive aggressive behavior certainly im not buying coffee from

Clean, airy & bright cafe with warm service, conveniently located near Marriott Courtyard hotel. Very tasty buckwheat raspberry honey scone, decent egg & cheese sandwiches but wished they'd toast the bread & include a bit of greens. Coffee is ok but not our favorite, more of personal taste preference. Recommend people to try & check out the lovely atmosphere. We'll probably return for the scone but get our coffees/breakfast items elsewhere.

Delightful cafe in the heart of NoMa with a bright and open space. Great for a casual coffee or tea or for a few hours of remote work.Baristas are polite and quick on the coffee. Great to see this addition to the neighbourhood.

Drip coffee was watery and bland. The barista/cashier was rude, bluntly speaking over me to repeat something that I hadn’t been able to hear since she was grinding coffee (which she could have done after, since she didn’t use the fresh pot for me and the cafe was basically empty).

Coffee was excellent but what sold it for me was the service. They made sure my coffee was exactly what wanted: sweetness, enough milk, etc. I was a to go order and the gentleman working the front was still very attentive. I will be returning :)

It’s a hidden coffeeshop, very clean and minimalist vibe. Great for studying and working as they have wifi! I ordered dirty chai with decaf and it came out very watery but the barista was very friendly and nice and remade it for a normal latte. My friend had their matcha latte and it also tasted a little weak and watery. I think the drinks could definitely be improved.
I love this place and I’ve seen now at least 3 different owners—each of which had their strengths. They opened right before the pandemic and squeaked through some how due to perseverance. Two owners later I see more positive changes, a commitment to serving fine coffee and having a community space. The layout is nice, ample seating unless it gets too crowded which isn’t all that often. Acoustically it sustains conversations with no echo, the background music is at a low enough level tooOf course the bathrooms are clean and the free WiFi is decentI hope to be coming here for many yearsKid-friendliness: I believe the atmosphere sustains an environment suitable to any ageWheelchair accessibility: Ground level double doors ample room to wheel to the seating area
