The PM team especially Shequita did such an incredible job. I work in hospitality helping manage and oversee a hotel and I know how hard of a job serving and catering to others needs can be. It can be a very thankless job. When I ordered there were certain ingredients that were not prepped… Shequitas first response was “i need to chop a few apples, allow me a moment” a lot of people in similar circumstances may reference that they are out or try and get someone to order something different but she was willing to go the extra mile to make it correct. Due to the time it took when I got to the register she immediately offered $2 off. She anticipated my needs and she truly shined! Durrell was working right along side her as well and was helpful and taking care of others so that Shequita could focus on my order. The PM shift is hard. Just a huge thank you to all that help take care of others. It’s the team that continue to be a huge reason why I come back to sweet greens and allowing team members to take the initiative and be empowered with tools to fix needs can make all the difference! Keep it up Sweetgreens!

Best SweetGreens in the District, for two simple reasons: 1) the portions are very generous; 2) the staff is very friendly.
I find it remarkable how much SG locations differ in these regards. You don’t have to take my word for it. Simply look at the average ratings. Now, please, don’t make this one worse, but do make the other ones better!
