Food was great here! Great healthy option. I did the protein plate, and my partner did the salad. Our meals were great. Service gets a 4 star. The gentleman was very kind and very helpful, but the lady with the red hair was very very short, and seemed like she did not want to be working at all. Very rude at the register, and was not welcoming at all. The gentleman did make up for it though, and was great! Still gets a 5 star because of the food

Was just got salads from this location at 5:30 pm on 10/5. Exhausted for a variety of reasons and looking forward to a salad from a place I really enjoy. When I was being checked out the card reader didn't scan my card when I touched it and the woman checking me out said, "press 1,2,3". I did and my card scanned. Between not having my reading glasses and the exhaustion it didn't quite register that what she had just asked me to do was select the highest tip amount.Maybe she meant to say 'or' and didn't or it might have been intentional. Either way when walking home and realizing what had happened, I felt a bit taken advantage of. I realize that I've got some part in it too (not going back and talking to the manager, etc. ) but just wanted to put a heads up to others or to call it out incase anyone else has experienced this at this location.

Nice little restaurant tucked away on Dupont. The BBQ Chicken Salad was excellent. Staff was fast and friendly, and plenty of seating.

Shady, deceptive staff. The woman working the line at 5:30 on Thursday instructed us to hit enter three times on the credit card machine. We assumed this was necessary to make the machine work. It didn't register at the time that she was instructing us to give her the largest pre-determined tip on the machine. We always tip well, but it goes without saying that being tricked into it is not ok. She has likely done this to everyone who comes in. I want our money back and I want some system in place to prevent this kind of deceptive practice.
May I ask why this location was closed before 8:30 when it states that you close at 10PM on Saturdays?Thank you.

Convenient location, but poor and unfriendly customer service. I was the only customer in line and the two staff members ignored me and acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Disappointing considering how pricey the salads are.

This order has made me give up on sweetgreen. This $11 order (no protein or extra cost ingredients) is so empty it looks half eaten. There is a full 1/2 cup of puffed rice topping, at least, most of which was at the bottom. And this is fluffed. I don’t know if it’s just this location or company wide serving sizes but I’m not trusting sweetgreen for quantity again.
