NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT THIS STORE????I ordered the chicken pesto and make your own, staff was careless not responding and didn’t include anything, they added few leaves, brown colored bread, and it costs more.We are tourists, wasted our time. Reaching this store.In the main city Washington DC, there is no Respect and right to communicate to order a food. Bunch of staff sitting on table and chit chatting, no even responding. Carelessly just say “not understanding your English” not even trying to take orderAnd this not my first time to sweet greenI visited in New York near dumbo point, Florida near wynwood walls,etc

If I could give a zero star I would. First, I ordered the new chopped salad. It was horrible! I paid extra for blackened chicken and could not eat it. This in addition to the meager amount of greens and toppins in my bowl. I decided to eat at SGs today because I wanted a healthy, satisfying meal before traveling, but it turns out I should have skipped it because this meal was anything but healthy or satisfying. And to top it off the staff was rude!

terrible service, by far the worst experience ive had with a sweetgreen. my salad was waaaay smaller then usual, veggies werent mix at all and they gave me an avocado that I swear to God was as hard as a rock. absolutely

I ordered the chicken pesto parm and they didn't include any chicken. None at all. The brown is the breadcrumbs but they somehow managed to forget the chicken. This is easily the worst Sweetgreen I've been to. Service was also really bad. Avoid going here if you can.

We were attended by Rodrigo. While we were thinking what to order I politly ask him for the WC code as some of us need to use it. He started to speak fast and I didn't get exactly the code, so I ask him to repeat it again (as we are tourists from Spain). He answered: I will only repeat it one more time, *and said the code*.Moreover, we wanted to have some water and we ask him for glasses. He answered showing an empty box and telling us that there were no more glasses. It was a Saturday at 2:30 p.m. so it's a little bit strange. He didn't even offer any alternative.In addition, the salads we ordered were missing some ingredients, for example my chicken parm hadn't any quinoa. But with Rodrigo's behaviour against clients, it seems as if we were bothering him, we didn't dare to demand the missing things.It was the third time in our holidays that we eat in a Sweetgreen and we were delighted with the food and the behaviour of the personal in the other locals, but we really had a disgusting experience in this local. I don't recommend it at all, if you like the food, look for another local were the customers are good treated.
