I stopped by the Georgetown Sweetgreen on a Saturday morning and was genuinely impressed by how amazing this team is. Everyone was upbeat, professional, and clearly cared about creating a positive experience for every guest. Despite the morning rush, the service was fast, friendly, and full of energy.
The restaurant was spotless, the ingredients were fresh, and every salad was prepared with care. You can tell this team takes real pride in their work — the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to come back again and again.
Big shoutout to the Saturday morning crew at 1044 Wisconsin Ave – you all bring great vibes, teamwork, and a smile to Georgetown’s weekend mornings. Keep up the great work! 👏💚

Ordered Delivery. In the order was a shroomami and a harvest bowl. The Shroomami was missing miso dressing, mushrooms, and cucumbers. It contained 1 single piece of tofu, maybe 3-4 pieces of cabbage, and 8 to 10 individual pieces of brown rice. The Harvest ball was about half empty. We order from this location 1-2x a month. This is unexpected and unacceptable.
When trying to contact the store, we can only listen to a robo answering service which directed us to the website. At the website, there is only an AI agent to speak with who was unable to help.

Great food, terrible terrible service from all three employees.
Came as a first timer, as a group , as tourists and asked questions and they were laughing at us and only pointing to the instructions and ignoring all our questions and sassy and responded with sarcasm mainly the manager.
I was order online and they not allow me to used the BATHROOM WhY? Code 4589

I had an unpleasant experience at Sweetgreen today because of one of the staff members, Cam. He was rude and unfriendly throughout the interaction, with an irritated, almost poker-faced expression that made me feel like I was bothering him just by being there.
What was even more concerning was that he was visibly sweating — a lot. The sweat was literally dripping from his face, and considering how close he leaned over the food containers, it felt extremely unhygienic. I was genuinely worried that some of it could end up in the food.
This isn’t just about poor customer service — it’s also a health concern. I hope management addresses both the staff’s attitude and the store’s air conditioning situation. It’s unacceptable for employees to be working in such conditions, and it’s uncomfortable and unsanitary for customers too.
