This is a nice local coffee shop in the business district. A lot of people in the morning, mostly office workers from the surrounding area. The personnel is nice and busy. Coffee tastes good

Swings Coffee is an absolute gem! As a regular, I can confidently say their cold brew is unparalleled—smooth, rich, and always the perfect pick-me-up. And don’t get me started on the cinnamon rolls; I wish I knew the vendor they get these from!! They are hands-down the best I’ve ever had—soft, flavorful, and utterly indulgent.

The staff truly make the experience exceptional. Manager Josh is extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Amy, Hugh, and Marisha are consistently welcoming with their warm smiles and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere every time.

If you're looking for amazing coffee, heavenly baked goods, and top-notch service, Swings Coffee is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, the drinks here are absolutely amazing, delicious. I wasn’t sure of what to get, but the Assistant Manager, Catherine, took time to ask me how I usually like my drinks and she made it way better than I could even hope! I haven’t had my coffee this good since I was in Argentina! Try this place out when you are in DC!

Great coffee, some of the best cold brew in the district. Their baked goods used to be great too, but after they switched to these pre-packaged items the quality has plummeted. While I may still pop in for a coffee, I will never risk their food again after getting this moldy cookie.

Straight espresso was good. It had a nice body, some brightness, wasn't bitter, and the flavor lingered quite a while. I do wish it had more intensity. It was served in porcelain, which is great. A spoon and sparkling water would be a nice addition.Edit: I went back and asked for a ristretto. Their PoS system registered it, but it didn't taste any different from the normal shot. Makes me wonder if I got an actual short pull, or if they simply gave me a portion of their normal pull.
