one of my favorite meals i had on my trip to DC! i made a build your own bowl with vegan ingredients. it was so flawless and delicious i checked their store locator to see if i could start racking up rewards points. it turns out they're new york and DC only, which is a bummer for me. but if you're ever in the area, my god, you will not regret getting anything with the fried cauliflower or falafel in it. excellent diversity of fresh and flavorful food in generous portions. 10/10.

Happy to see that there is still a Taim in the DMV. Stopped off after a cruise through the farmers market and a stop at Un Je Ne Sais Quoi. The staff were friendly and service was relatively quick. The sabich sandwich was delicious and the lemon mint ginger lemonade was refreshing on a hot summer day. Fries were good but could have been crispier. I would definitely recommend the sabich if you like eggplants or an alternative to falafel. Interesting in trying their shawarma on my next visit.
Food okaish for the price, service is awfully awful!!
Very similar to Cava. Quality ingredients, quick service. Great for a healthy lunch.
This isn't really a place to linger but the food is excellent and so is the service. It's not cheap but you get a good sized portion of fresh, healthy & very yummy food. And they have a great awards program if you order from them on a regular basis. This is now the go-to place at Dupont for my whole office!

disgusting
Try the falafel bowl, with both types of falafel
Good options for toppings too
The food is good, but $18 for a small pita and a 12 oz. soda doesn't feel like much of a bargain. It's also mildly irritating that they ask for a 25% tip on top of that, when there's no table service. I guess I should have shelled out an extra $5 for a side order of fries, and it would have been a more filling meal.

Restaurantji Recommends
We just left the restaurant as we had to wait 26 minutes for our food (everyone who came after us got their food after 5/10 minutes). I was really disappointed that they didn't apologize for that.
Super fresh and tasty bowls! Zatar pita was 10/10 too!

Ordered delivery from here. Enjoyed the beets, eggplant, cauliflower, cabbage, chicken, hummus, and pita---all very tasty and reasonably priced. The zaatar pita was much tastier than the regular pita---recommend that. Also, the fries were a bit limp and there wasn't enough ketchup---and some zaatar on them would be nice. A great place for lunch.

I have had better food and service at Cava or alternate restaurants. Disappointed in quality and flavor.
