I love grabbing a bite from Taco Bell every now and then. But the customer service received at this location is awful. On my receipt the cashier name is BERTA F. hopefully this is attached to the specified employee and she wasn't signed in using another employees register.
This is my 2nd encounter with this employee and I don't know how she managed to secure the position. Kitchen staff is more friendly than her.
When my order was ready a nice woman came from the back and handed my food. I wish I knew her name.
Ms. BERTA F is just rude. I don't appreciate the experience I had with her. She deserves to be fired!

lol I don’t think this will matter because it’s a Taco Bell in a food court. But I don’t think that accuracy or quality is a main point. You get what you get and eat it and walk away like a good little piggy.

Worst Taco Bell ever, 2 of the Spanish employee hate ringing up customers, they never ever open at 10:00am its always 10:30-10:50am. The manger is cool but the two female Spanish ladies need to be replaced because the energy gives off I don't like working here but Im going to do it. This franchise probably could have 20% more in returns if the employees served everyone instead of who they want to. This is Union Station we have people all over the world coming here and their worst experience is the infamous Taco Bell at Union Station. Upper management please address this, I go on my lunch at 10am and they are never open.

I love Taco Bell & others don’t. Nice staff & the food is cooked to temp. Union Station is a pretty sad place these days. The food court is certainly sad.
Vegetarian options: The website marks vegetarian or vegan options.
Parking: It’s the main Union Station garage.
Kid-friendliness: Fast food with a couple simple options that will work for kids. The cheese quesadilla seems a safe choice.
