My partner took me here years ago to celebrate our six months of being together. The staff were so friendly and made wonderful suggestions. It was such a lovely time and the ladies next to us enjoyed my chopstick lessons for my boyfriend. The lychee beverage was sssoo delicious!! That experience is one I’ll always hold dear. You should definitely try this place!

I cannot express how underrated and lesser known this place is given their menu, specials and happy hour. We went on a Friday at 6 pm. While the overpriced tourist traps around were packed nearby, we had no trouble getting a table and their staff was incredible. Their happy hour menu is really solid given the cost of sushi in DC if you want truly fresh ingredients that are thoughtfully paired together. We left there thinking about the next time we can go back because this place...

We ordered five rolls, and each one was delicious. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
