Came in to get a to go breakfast. Ordered pastries at the counter and two breakfast sandwiches to go. Thirty minutes passed and the sandwiches were not ready yet so I asked a server for an update on them as the restaurant was relatively slow. She said “they will be right up”. Twenty minutes later and forty min after they had been ordered I asked again for an update. They then realized my order was never made. They claimed someone took it but I was standing right by the to go area and can confirm that I am 100% no one took it. When I asked why that was not established the first time I inquired about an update she claimed that the order was taken after that. Not one order was picked up during that time frame. The manager came over ten min later with my order and with not one ounce of empathy or form of make it right she handed me the sandwiches and said “so sorry, here you go”.
Is the food delicious? Absolutely. Is the atmosphere cute? Yes. Is the service absolutely a disappointment. One hundred and ten percent.

Decadent. My first pavlova ever and it was pretty good. Cookie sandwich is very dark chocolate with pecans and a nice contrast to sweetness of pavlova. Was skeptical that the gluten free part of the other pastry would be good but it was fine :)

This bustling, trendy café has both style and flavor—the croque madame was perfect to enjoy in the lively atmosphere.

Tatiana (supervisor) and Tomas were both great with exceptional customer service. I stopped by for coffee before heading out to the airport and they both went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I ended up buying a BRUNCH sweater :)

Their tomato soup and chocolate mousse are some of the highlights on the menu for me. The atmosphere is quiet and there is plenty of space.
This location always seems busy but always has quick service! The staff is incredibly friendly.
The pastries are amazing! My go to drink is the iced pistachio latte and any pastry or baked item.

I checked all the reviews before came here and...promised too much.
The croissant breakfast sandwich was ok. The Tatte house late that I ordered hot was cool and it was the half of the mug...just took one sip and gone. (I asked and the lady said that's the measure for that one)
The lady who took my order and the second waitress, both were amazing!! The first one who delivery the latte...well, I believe she was having a bad day...😡 her attitude ruin the customers service. ☝🏽😑
Give you the chance and stop by here for bf, brunch or a dessert.
By the way the atmosphere outside was great!! This little birds fighting for the leftovers delivered a great show!! #TheyDeserveATip
P.S. Talked to the manager she was really nice and, explain to me what could happen to my coffee. Also she offered me one to go...

I was lost at 6 am after being stranded. No phone, no keys, no idea how I was gonna get home. They let me call my friends to pick me up. I cannot be more grateful to these awesome people.

Great coffee great pastries very pretty place. Recommended
I’m so sorry to leave this review. My score is only for the pistachio croissant, since I didn’t try the other food or drinks. I’ve had amazing pistachio croissants in Washington, D.C. and Georgetown, but this one was very disappointing. It was dry, didn’t seem fresh, and had no cream inside. I went on Sunday at 11 a.m., when there were plenty of people, so it wasn’t like I came too late and couldn’t expect freshness. I’m sorry, but I left very disappointed.

This used to be my favorite location, but over the past couple of months the overall service has declined. The food is no longer as outstanding as it once was, especially the French toast and the shakshuka, which used to be excellent. It takes forever to get a coffee, and by the time it arrives at the table, it’s already cold. The cashiers are extremely slow and often make mistakes with orders. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place is gross. It’s a shame, because with the right changes this could be a great spot again.
