It was our first time in. The Coffee was ok, the pastries were delicious. The unfriendly service needs major improvement. The cashier had a panic attack and kept repeating the same thing “we only have one size” the manager/supervisor over heard and found a solution in seconds. The cashier then apologized for not knowing, as he didn’t drink coffee. Coffee took longer than expected, we had just about finished our pastries, so went up to lady barista to ask about the coffee, in mid sentence I was cut off and told “we’ll bring it when it’s ready” when I asked another question she repeated the same thing. No smiles or good mornings in this place, not a great first ime experience. Maybe hire real coffee drinkers that love their morning job.

Great spot for breakfast catching up with friends. Delicious coffee, tasty pastries. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table.
Worst staff in the world. The front counter staff has major “Shaniqua” attitude when taking orders. She couldn’t hear what my order was and instead of saying “I am sorry” she says “WHAT.”
The place is dirty with no clean tables, and don’t have any words for the bathroom.
They Need to retrain the staff on “MANERS” and keep the place clean.
By the way, most of the staffs are busying making their own drinks.
Hate this palace and will not return.
Great bakery with alot of options! The turkey avocado sandwich was yummy! Also got an iced matcha latte, it wasn't bad but wasn't expecting full Unsweetened. The pistachio croissant had a good flavor but would've been way better warmed up!
Amazing place!!! A lot of gluten free options!
You guys are incredible!!! I felt like in home💝

A very stylish and cozy spot. The coffee is great, and the desserts are absolutely divine — especially the dark chocolate mousse cake! The salmon and avocado sandwiches were fresh and filling. The interior is bright and welcoming with a beautiful pastry display. The only downside was the not-so-friendly staff — a bit more warmth would go a long way.

Out of all their locations in DC, this is the most horrible location because of the disrespectful, horrible customer service. 20 mins of waiting for a cup of cappuccino after sitting at my table, I go to politely check in and the lady gave me the most horrible treatment. Nearly threw the cup in my direction and asked me to carry it with me. I had already paid a tip for this awful service and attitude. Never coming back here again!

Just saw the guy working at the pastries drop a knife on the floor and picked it up and put it right back on the counter without washing it.
What has happened to this coffee shop! There are FLIES everywhere (YES they get on the pastries) and the AC doesn’t work!

Great spot for both breakfast and lunch. The line can get super long, but online orders seem to move pretty fast.
I like their Iced Honey Halva Latte more than a Pistachio one. Cheesecakes in a cup taste good, but too small for its price.

I was surprised by how fresh baked goods and food in general was. I had a Smoked salmon and avocado sandwich, really fresh and delicious. We also ordered a Pistacchio croissant and chocolate muffing, amazingly fresh and delicious. To drink I wanted to try the iced mango ginger juice, again, sooo fresh. When I walked in the line was long, but the cashiers were very quick and nice. Our order didn’t take that long and there were plenty places to sit indoors and outdoors. There are some other locations around D.C, this one was close to the hotel where I was staying at, only 3 blocks. It was worth the walk.
