I think it's time for Tatte to re-visit their hybrid serving model. It is a combination of counter and waiter service which just leads to confusion and inefficiency. The food is still excellent. The pastries and fruit are fresh and delicious. However, while the warm prepared brunch items are also good, it takes forever to actually get it. Definitely the worst Tatte location I have been so far. I was hesitant to stop by this location because of the other reviews. Well, I can assure you there's a reason for their rating.
The food was bland and things were just not right. Only one person behind the counter taking orders, rushed service, no water left, no utensils, no soap in the restrooms.
If you're expanding, make sure to be consistent!

Tatte at city ridge was OK- food and front end have room for improvement.
Was there at 3 pm on Saturday. Not busy- maybe half full. No wait to place order. Ordered 2 chicken noodle soups and a salad. Person taking my order was a bit hurried / not patient. Seemed to be rushing me. For example— During payments , she bypassed tip screen and when I said I was going to provide a gratuity she said “ sorry, I’m the manager and I’m not accustomed to getting...
