Walks into shop today, Liz left truly a pleasant impression upon me’ she mixed the exact tea that I wanted and gave me a 10/10 experience, will definitely come again. Much gratitude and appreciation - ATEN

As I was heading to an appointment, I stumbled upon this place since I had time to spare and enjoy tea. I told Liz I was a first timer, and she welcomed me and immediately asked me questions to try to give her best customized suggestions. She was very patient with answering all of my questions, and I ended up buying two bags of tea (Georgetown and Raspberry Ginseng). I decided to try the Georgetown Waterfront option first when I got home.…man oh man this tea with some agave was truly a chef kiss so delicious! Thank you so much Liz! I will definitely be back. Give her a raise! You can’t pay for quality customer service like this anymore! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I saw the mixed reviews and gave this place a try. Ended up taking a couple sips, and sadly tossed out the whole $8 drink.
I ordered a milk tea with boba. The drink as a whole was chemically bitter and left a horrible after taste. I don’t know if it was from the tea or the boba. The tea was not brewed well either. The boba had no flavor. Overall it was not it.

If you’re coming for loose tea leaves to purchase they have a huge range, so a star for that, but otherwise the drinks are not it. Also didn’t have the feeling of a “tea house”.

I don't want to write a bad review because the shop looks really good and has a great selection, but my visit was awful. No boba tea, matcha, or chai. The lady was very sweet, but admitted that she couldn't make anything on the menu other than regular tea. When I considered buying some loose leaf tea to make the visit worth it, she didn't know what any of the teas were and could not give any recommendations. Not what I expected.

Colton was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! There's a huge variety of teas and he was very thorough explaining the details and differences. He was also incredibly patient and kind when I couldn’t decide on what to get. I ended up getting the milk tea with lychee popping boba, and it was delicious. I highly recommend visiting when Colton's working that day!

Just made a visit into the tea shop and found a great blend! Awesome recommendation from the worker, didn't catch her name but she was friendly and informative! Highly recommend

Cute store, staff was really sweet. I really enjoyed my honey dew milk tea with jelly and my son loved the dragonfruit fruit tea with Boba. Over all 10 out 10!

An intimate and cozy shop with a large collection of tea plus order a beverage to go. Also, great location among historic DuPont area.

Poor customer service. DO NOT SUPPORT. We called at 7:20 to let them know we were on our way. We arrive at 7:27 only for them to tell us they won't make any cups of tea because they are closing in 3 minutes. Don't do business here. It could have been a courtesy for them to let us know they weren't going to serve us after we rushed over with a stroller to reach before closing time. Customer service dies here. What a rude experience!!!!

Super knowledge staff and fantastic selection. Found my White Tea - Silver Needle. Not so easy to find but gotta have a pot every morning just like the Emperor China. So nice to have this place in the ‘hood

A nice little tea location within the dupont circle area. A large variety of teas to be found, along with the option to smell the aroma of said tea, before you make your purchase. A zen environment, however, seating is limited. Great spot to buy tea by the bag.

Great local tea shop with many options for people that want to try different kinds of tea. Staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. It can get very busy very fast and wish they get more help. If you are looking for great selection of tea I highly recommend going here.
