I ordered a “taro milk tea” only to receive water with taro powder mixed in. It tasted like cloudy water and I was given no heads up. Will not be returning

Wow. This place is amazing. Paper cup. Paper straw. Herbal delicious smelling fresh custom tea made to order. Lovely front desk person. Not sweet. Couldn’t be happier!!!!

Wish I’d read the reviews about boba at this place before coming here. This was easily the worst boba I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot of bad boba). The drink was dilute and tasteless, there was enough ice for it to be mistaken for a slushie, the pearls were chewy and hyper sweet. We couldn’t even put the straw they provided into the cup without throwing out a third of the ice, and we ended up throwing the whole drink away shortly after.

Their loose leafed teas looked great, but boba is very evidently not in their wheelhouse and should not be on their menu.

I love coming into Tea mansion every now and again for the wonderful blends of tea and on occasion the tea accessories. Cheyenne was super sweet and super helpful in my decision to grab a tea pot.
