Abysmal customer service. I called and left a message, no call back almost 2 weeks later. Emailed, got a single response then was ignored for 6 days. I sent a followup email and that was ignored as well. When placing my order, there was a glitch in their system that changed my shipping address back to an address that was on my account that I have never lived at that is halfway across the country from me. I changed it to my correct address, and it must have glitched again after placing the order. Company refuses to acknowledge that there is a flaw in their system and just took $50+ dollars from me with no product received, no compensation, and not a care at all for my situation.I will never buy from this company or support them ever again. What a displeasure and disappointment. Wish I could give zero stars.

My grandson and I were walking around the shops when he decided he wanted boba tea. We walked into Tea Mansion and the smells from all of the tea was so wonderfully aromatic and mouth watering. The server was very friendly and answered his questions and was very nice and not bothered. He got the raspberry blush with popping bubbles and it was almost gone by the time we walked out. If you love a good cup of tea, hot and/or iced, and you’re up for new flavors then stop in at Tea Mansion. Forgot to get pictures of our drinks but it is worth a stop

This place is a tourist trap, meant to be stumbled upon by those exploring the area, not regular customers who truly appreciate quality tea. Exact same layout, products, and pushy sales model as the “Capital Tea” which was in the exact same location until 2018. Prices are still eye-watering and not clearly displayed. Employee recommendations universally start with the most expensive products, regardless of what you specifically want, and that can easily be +$100 for loose tea that can otherwise be purchased for a small fraction of the cost elsewhere.

I was in Dupont and was surprised to see a boba shop nearby and so went to check it out. Initially, it seemed good, the shop itself is cute and cozy but that was pretty much all it had going for it. My friend and I were perusing the dried tea for a bit (and they do have a large collection) but then we found out that the price started at like $40 for a small bag and we quickly put everything back. I feel like you don't even see those prices with quality Asian teas. Feeling bad for having stayed in there so long, my friend and I each got a boba tea but it was not good at all. To be honest, I've never had worse. I've had mid and subpar tea but this was bad. The flavor was almost nonexistent and tasted like it was dripped through paper multiple times, if that makes sense at all. The boba quality was also not good and my friend tossed her entire (quite overpriced) drink after like three sips.

Got food poison (worth it) but did not try the food but the severe was great and so was the ambience

Not the place for boba tea. Hot tea poured over small nugget ice with a paper straw ‍. I'm sure the hot tea is probably better but not the place for cold boba tea. It gets watery quick. Also they were "sold out" of all the flavors we initially selected... annoying.

Love it! Discovering this tea haven in the heart of Washington DC was a delightful surprise for a tea enthusiast like me! What caught my attention were the exquisite tea flowers, artfully compressed into tiny, aromatic spheres. They offer these beauties by the ounce, and while 6 ounces might seem a bit pricey at $60, I opted for a smaller portion and was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the tea and the exceptional customer service. Not to be missed is their ice-cold rose lychee tea with pearls that burst with flavor in your mouth – an absolute treat on a warm summer day! This place is truly refreshing and welcoming in comparison with stores I went to in New York City. It's a unique gem for tea lovers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The combination of unique teas, friendly staff, and the charming atmosphere sets it apart from the rest. I've found my new tea haven in DC!

I was very disappointed in the bobba tea served there. The service was good, and the person serving was kind. However, the tea was bad, and they didn't even use real milk. They used creamer, and the tapioca pearls were bad in taste.

Interesting selection of tea. Boba is extremely underwhelming. Staff seemed exhausted and/or not very friendly

Amazing selection of teas. However, their bubble tea is the worst I have ever had in my life. So watery and bland! I cant believe i paid over $7 for this. Awful! I'll suggest to take it off the menu until you know how to do it.

Just tried this delicious Yogi Chai tea from Tea Mansion. I don’t normally go for uncaffeinated teas. Thanks to Cyan for suggesting this ayurvedic treat and it has healthy benefits of ashwaganda and tulsi . ?
