Amazing first time experience. Reservations were easy and accommodating considering we needed one more added to our reservation at the last minute. Space is small but well laid out. Our server (do not remember his name but he has locs) was outstanding and attentive. Definitely added to my list of local faves.

The food was poor. the pumpkin ravioli had a spice so you couldn't taste the pumpkin at all. It was overwhelmed. the harvest salad was supposed to have this: baby kale, butternut squash, gala apple, crispy farro, brussels sprouts, candied pecans, goat cheese, apple cider vinaigrette - I'm sure it was spinach, there were no Brussel sprouts, 2 thin slices of apple, no goat cheese and no dressing. I was with friends so no time to send it back. The appetizers were great (pretzel and cornbread.) The salmon was good too.

Very disappointed in the coffee when we asked if we could have another flask as the one we had was cold the waiter said that's the temperature of all there coffee and there was nothing he could do! Strange because in the the Teds Bulletin we were in on the previous day the coffee was piping hot.

Food is good and menu has something for everyone. The best part is the staff. Anna is an awesome server. She has taken care of our family a few times and she always remembers us and our preferences. She is great with kids. The last time my daughter and I were there she had another table with a couple that had a baby. She took care of them seamlessly while juggling everyone else.

Food is delicious and it's a classic brunch spot. However, we didn't get sat for our reservation until 20 minutes after our reservation time (we arrived 20 minutes early, so we waited a total of 40 minutes). We also were rushed out of our table in about an hour.

This is my second time there. The was staff pleasant and warm. The food was Great. Our waiter was professional and very accommodating. He even did something extra special to help us celebrate our anniversary. We were very pleasantly surprised and grateful. We will return.

The food here is made from scratch. Every bite delicious. We are delicious fish and chips. Try the macaroni and cheese bites. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. I suggest a reservation. We are going back for seconds today.
They were doing repairs to the roof and there was a very strong odor of tar and turpentine inside. We left and went to Matchbox down the street.

Food is always a plus however my experience from yesterday and today are nothing the same.. I know everyone doesn’t work the same days everyday but at least the customer service should remain the same. Yesterday Tiffani and Desi treated me with nothing but pure kind and genuineness. The customer service was Magnificent the moment I sat down they welcomed me with smiles and more. Today I walked in sat at the bar on my lunch break no one greeted me when I sat down the bartender GiGi watch me sit down looked at me and walked away came back with a menu placed in my face still said nothing no hi how are you, no water no nothing. I’m sitting here now and still no water & GiGi have still yet to check on me!

We are from Virginia and come to Ted’s Bulletin any time we are in town. We love the food, service, & ambience. We visited on this past Saturday near closing time, and unfortunately the food was not anything close to what we are used to. Fortunately for us, when I voiced our grievances, T (the front house manager) and CJ (our server both times), took exceptional care of us and our issues and for that alone, I had to leave this review to shout them out. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to make it right. If more people in the world were like these two, it would be a much better place. We will forever be customers of Ted’s Bulletin. T & CJ, I claim much abundance and favor over you two & again, thank you so much for your amazing customer service!
