walked in to no hostess. the phone rang while we were there and no staff went to answer. when we finally got somebody to help us she seemed occupied with something else so we ended up seating ourselves.

Don't even think of going here!!! Hardly anyone in the restaurant and hostess said 10 minute wait for seating one person. Then took another 15 minutes for the server to acknowledge me and take my order. 50 minutes to get my food and another 15 minutes just to get the check...oh you need a pen to sign that sir? No duh!!! Worst restaurant experience ever!

Was at the restaurant for nearly 2 hours just getting appetizers because the service was really that slow and then they completely messed up our check, said they would fix it at the end of the night, and then never did. Sad.

Show up @ 10:30 to eat something, get there, sit down, no more 1 helping.... them a lady at the bar behind us says they are closed. Looked like some1 just had a good fight when we arrived. Food in the floor and no 1 bothered to clean up. Well maybe they should change the sign on the doors and on the website to show they are closed. False advertising if u ask me

1st time was better than the second. Both times I went it was very uncomfortably dirty. The food tasted like it was microwaved. Location is good but the building itself isn’t. I would not recommend.

Me and my family came into this restaurant and we were waiting about 20 minutes and our drinks were coming they finally came and when the appetizer came the server didn't even give any dishes so that we can eat and then when we wanted our drinks it took a long time and then when the meal came they serve me raw shrimp I ask for a manager and she came she took my meal to bring it to the staff that cooked it and then she came back with my bill and took $20 off and didn't seem to care about our feelings another server came by and asked me if that was taken care of and I said not really because the manager didn't seem to care and they brought me to the general manager and when I talk to him it seems like he didn't care or didn't understand that his staff wasn't taken care of the customers I rate this place 0 stars in if I could give them a negative I would

It is OK. The need some improvements in managing the place and making us the customers feel more comfortable. Some more staff could help keeping the place better organized. Food is good.

Avoid this place like it was on fire. I’ve never seen a place so unorganized and disgusting. We entered the restaurant and there was not a host in sight. Walked back to the kitchen (didn’t know where I was walking to, just trying to find someone) until someone finally greeted us. The entire restaurant was dirty, not one table looked clean and nobody on staff was trying to buss the tables. We got greeted by a waitress that never cracked a smile and acted as if we were burdening her (the restaurant didn’t close for another three hours, so not sure what was going on).

The extremely rude greeter sat and stared at us while playing with her phone for over 5 minutes before seating us. Our waitress was very slow with only 3 tables being served but polite. While waiting for our food, another couple was arguing with another waitress about "the terrible service" and "you should be ashamed in the way you treat customers." The food was actually pretty good so it wasn't a total loss. But I certainly would not recommend this place AT ALL!

I do not recommend this Fridays location. I frequently dine at Fridays but this is the worst experience I have had ever! No one was there to seat us. No one ever came. All of the employees were in the back. We had to seat ourselves. We waited a very long time before a waitress came to take our order. We waited a very long time for our food. Once we finally got it the waitress took a very long time to come back. My card was charged for the wrong amount. It was charged 10 more dollars than my total should have been. The fries were bland and the cheese served on the Sizzling Chicken was not good at all. The mash potatoes were also bland. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes. I will never visit this Fridays again.
After waiting an hour for seating we were informed that we could not be seated but could order to go. The young lady at the to go booth was upset because she was ready to go. And did not want to take the orders of myself and at least 4 other parties. Keep in mind we had all been waiting since about 11. Fridays didn't close until 1. The young lady didn't take not 1 order walked away texting and gathered her belongings to leave. The manager and two other workers had paged her back to her station, which she never returned. And the manager had to come and accommodate everyone. I am not one to complain or call for someone to lose their job. But she was so far out of line. She definitely don't need to be in customer service.

I love Fridays! What other restaurant can u enjoy yourself on every level...The food is great and the drinks are the best and reasonable priced. The staff is friendly regardless which one i go to. And most importantly, its a family friendly environment.

Went on a Sunday around 2pm. This location was practically empty maybe 20 people tops. We sat at the bar because no tables were available(even tho there were less than 6 tables occupied at the time). The only reason that this place gets 3 stars is because the Bartender went above and beyond to give us good service. The hostess sucked. They are understaffed however the female bartender made a crappy visit slightly pleasant

Long waiting, we were planning to have dinner here, but drinks took forever to come, even though the places wasn't busy. Customers at a nearby table got such bad service they decided to leave without eating. We ordered sweet potato fries and they were small, almost looked like a kids meal. Half of the beers in the menu were not available, and we had to ask for them to bring napkins otherwise we wouldn't have anything to clean our hands. We should have read the reviews for this place, we wrongly and blindly trusted the TGIF brand, as it usually isn't bad, but it was a very unpleasant experience. We left without ordering main dishes and still paid $40+ for just a few beers and some appetizers. First and last time we ever go here.
