Do not go on Mondays! They will let you make a reservation but the door says they are closed and when you call no one answers.

The food was OK at ThaiVerse but the night we were there, the staff had no idea how to make a simple mixed drink. One of us ordered a gin and tonic, which wasn't specifically mentioned on the menu but obviously is a standard drink. They served two versions of it, neither of which had any resemblance to a gin and tonic. We finally asked that they remove it from our bill.

Had an appointment across the street and looked for something close by, to keep things simple. Thaiverse was such a great surprise! We got there during lunchtime and took advantage of their lunch specials: SO WORTH IT! Flavorful, great portions and just a great place overall. Def recommend their curry puffs and crab rangoon. Their thai coffee was delicious. Absolutely going back.

Food was great. The restaurant was as empty when I was there from 7:30-830pm on a Friday night. Food was delicious

Great food and dedicated servers in nicely decorated and comfortable space. Was able to accommodate our larger group easily with attention to detail and offering recommendations. Wonderful experience.

Friendly service but not super attentive. Food was acceptable but not amazing. Table of 4- they brought out one person's entree a strangely long time ahead of everyone else. Got the job done in the end.

Delightful place. Delicious kimchi dumplings, tasty ginger shrimp and pad Thai. Excellent service. A neighborhood gem.

Excellent everything. However, in the christmas only one waitress took to long to attend all tables. But she was outstanding.

Great food and service! It was busier by the time we left but still not too noisy. Very enjoyable!

I had high expectation of this place given that this is smack center in the Dupomt circle area. The interior was charming but that's about it. We were a party of 6 on a Friday Night. There was only one server for the whole Place. There must have been atleast 40 patrons including us and she was doing the best she can. I am not sure who ones the place but they definitely need tk wake up and smell the roses. We waited about 40 min for our food. The starters were average we orders the trainers platter. I orders the kimchi beef which was on the chefs special and it was utterly tasteless. We Also ordered the crispy duck which was good. The chicken satay was sub par. The place needs new Management and definiltely more servers and a better cook. Overall very forgettable and experience.

2 stars for the good food. However the large visible rat traps under the booths and the food on the floor was a little bit of a turn off The food is also so expensive.

The food at Thaiverse is original and "Thai hot", exactly what we were looking for. The menu has a great selection of Thai dishes, the taste of everything we had was excellent. We had a great time - and came back the next day. I also was very pleased to see that the few wines offered were very good choices at reasonable prices. The restaurant has a very charming ambiance and the services was nice and welcoming.

Where to even start. My friends and I visited this restaurant recently and had a terrible experience. We came in hungry and excited but that quickly changed. The server was quite cold and treated us with contempt. She got my order wrong, told me that I did have the correct item and walked away, then came back to fix the order after realizing she did make a mistake once the chef informed her. I don’t wish to apply what an employee does to entire reputation of a business, but I will mention that she acted in an outrageous manner…. BUT let’s actually remember this is a restaurant, so I shall focus on the food. The best word to describe the food is Unappetizing. I frequent Thai restaurants often and I LOVE their cuisine. The entire country of Thailand would be ashamed of the meals this restaurant is serving. The fried rice had lots of incredible ingredients, with absolutely NO flavor. The Tom Yum soup was FOUL. I had just recently went to the Maryland state fair and the smell/taste of their version of the soup reminded of the barn of all the farm animals housed there, with a tang of mold. (I wish i could say I am kidding) The vegetable spring rolls were quite a peculiar texture and awfully disappointing. I guess I could mention the chicken Satay was tasty. However, if you choose to visit this restaurant and happen to have issues with the food, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
