The Admiral is the perfect place to book for your wedding afterparty! They are extremely responsive and accommodating for your party’s needs. They welcomed us and our entire wedding party plus family and friends to utilize their beautiful space free of charge. It felt like we had our own private space and bar area, it was incredible. The music was great and so fun for keeping the party going! The management team is beyond kind, going out of their way to make sure my new husband and I had everything we needed when we arrived. With happy hour deals all night on Wednesday, a lovely outdoor patio, and delicious snack food (especially the chicken bites with Old Bay seasoning and ranch and the Parmesan fries). I highly recommend checking it out and ordering a Cocktail pitcher, which can fill about 5 glasses.Service was excellent and our server was very friendly and checked in on us consistently.

I've used Mission Group restaurants for multiple events, but this weekend they really blew it out of the park.Fritz is always so professional and communicative, even when I ask tons of questions day-of. Gigi, the day-of coordinator, met me as soon as I got into the space and checked in on us throughout the night. The bartender was friendly, the outdoor patio was a great space (I won't accredit The Admiral for the great weather but it certainly helped), and overall I plan to come back for future events. Thanks guys!(ps - their brunch is also phenomenal but that's a different review)

Visited the Admiral this past weekend and had a great time! Our server Kenzie was fantastic. She was super kind and helpful the whole night. She made our experience amazing and I cannot recommend her enough!
Had an event here over the weekend. Bartenders were super friendly and very understanding of our large party. All the cocktails were super delicious, and the Happy Hour deals were awesome. Would absolutely have an event here again!

Hosted my husbands 40th birthday at The Admiral in the private Bancroft Bar this past weekend and everything was wonderful. The initial planning was seamless and easy. The onsite managers- Alana and Gigi- were amazing and took great care of us and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy and content with everything. Our event bartender, Rosa, was incredible - so friendly and fun and truly added to the overall experience of the party. The food and drinks were great and our guests all had a fun time.Thank you, The Admiral, for a memorable and fun party!!!

Would not recommend based off of my last visit. Service was very infrequent and largely unhelpful.Brought some family here for dinner on a Saturday night and were told that the only seating available was outside. We were told that we would be reseated when an inside table came available. We ended up being cold and outside for the duration of our meal while we watched people walk up off the street and be seated immediately inside. So that was rude. Once we got some water, we didn’t see our server at our table for 30 minutes straight. We ended up having to flag down a busser to get a refill.Another thing that was subpar was the fact that when our food came out, our appetizer was brought with the entrees. None of our party would have ordered the appetizer if it was going to come out with the food. Further, the parmesan fries we ordered tasted bland and flavorless. They had absolutely no flavor other than regular french fry - I even picked up a small mound of cheese and tasted it by itself just to verify that the cheese was truly tasteless.We were also really annoyed when the bill came and we were told that our appetizer could only be split two ways. There were three of us paying, and the appetizer cost $9.00. We actually had to call a manager over to get our server to split the $9.00 appetizer between the three of us… which seemed unnecessary.Speaking of the manager, there were two during our time here. One walked past us twice while we audibly called her over. We had to call over the host to get the other manager to help us (which took an additional 15 minutes - again, still outside). This manager was really understanding and helpful, which we really appreciated by this point. She did take the appetizer off our bill due to our experience, which was fair. I would’ve rated service more poorly were it not for her.What was good were the burgers! The burgers we got were phenomenal - exactly what you’d want from a nice burger.Overall, great burgers but a notably unpleasant experience in front of my family. I would not come back.

My mom and I tried The Admiral for Easter Brunch. The food was tasty, but my mom's whiskey sour didn't taste good, so she had to send it back. Our waitress, Grace, was wonderful! She was patient and very kind (my mom can be a little demanding). The atmosphere is definitely more sports bar than fine dining, but it works.
